1. Go to www.bosshardtpropertymanagement.com and login with your username and password.
2. Click the “Tenant Portal” icon in the main navigation bar.
3. Select the tenant you want to access the portal for, and click the “Login” button on the right-hand side of the screen.
4. Enter your user name and password, and click the “Login” button again to confirm your entry.
5. You will now be taken to the tenant portal for that specific tenant.
6. To log out of your tenant portal, click the “Logout” button at the top of the page.
How to start a tenant file
If you are new to Bosshardt Property Management, the first thing you will need is a tenant file. To create a tenant file, follow these steps:
1. Go to their Tenant Portal and login.
2. Click on "File" in the top menu bar and select "Create New Tenant File."
3. Enter the details of your tenant, including their name and contact information.
4. Click on "Submit" to finish creating your tenant file.
5. You will now be able to access your tenant file by clicking on "Tenants" in the left menu bar and selecting your tenant file from the list.
How to add or remove tenants
If you have tenants in your Bosshardt Property Management Tenant Portal account, you'll need to add or remove them. To add a tenant, go to the Tenants tab on the left-hand side of the screen and find the tenant you want to add. You can then enter their contact information and other necessary information. To remove a tenant, go to the Tenants tab and find the tenant you want to remove. Click on the Remove button next to their name.
