3. Enter your name and email address and click on the “Update” button.
4. If you have changed your password since last logging in, enter your new password and click on the “Update” button.
How to view your medical records and lab results?
If you are a Borgess patient, you can view your medical records and lab results by logging in to your My Borgess account. To do this, click on the My Borgess button on the main page of the website, and then enter your Patient ID or password. You will then be able to view all of your medical information, including your diagnosis and treatment history. You can also see your lab results online, and print out any of your documents if you need to keep them safe.
How to cancel your account?
If you need to cancel your account, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Borgess Patient Portal.
2. Click on the "Cancel My Account" link in the header menu.
3. Enter your login information and click on the "Confirm" button.
4. You will be taken to a confirmation page where you can click on the "Cancel My Account" button again to finalize your cancellation.
