How to Login to Bni Employee Portal
Bni Employee Portal is a free online system that connects employees with their employer. The portal provides an easy way to manage employee files, payroll, and other administrative tasks. To login, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the website bniemployeeportal.com and enter your login credentials. (If you have not registered for the portal yet, you will be prompted to do so.)
Step 2: Click on the “Login” button in the toolbar at the top of the page. (You will need to have cookies enabled in your browser for this step to work.)
Step 3: Type your user name and password into the fields provided and click on the “Log In” button. (If you are not sure how to find your user name or password, please contact Bni Customer Service.)
After logging in, you will be taken to the main menu of the portal. The various sections of the portal are listed on the left-hand side of the screen. (See below for a list of some of the more common sections.)

How to Change Your Password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you need to change it, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Bni Employee Portal.
2. Click on “My Account” in the top left corner of the screen.
3. Click on “Password” in the top right corner of the screen.
4. Enter your current password and click “Enter” to confirm it.
5. Click on the link that says “Change Password” in the top right corner of the screen.
6. Enter your new password and click “Change” to confirm it.
How to Register for an Account
If you are new to Bni, please review their registration process.
To register for an account, please follow these steps:
Step 1. Go to their homepage and click on the "Registration" link in the top right corner of the page.
Step 2. In the "Registration Form" window that opens, please complete all required fields and click on the "Submit" button. You will then be redirected to their login page.
Step 3. On the login page, please enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click on the "Login" button. You will now be able to access your account and Personal Portal.
Please note that you will need a valid email address to register for an account and to login to your Personal Portal. If you have forgotten your password, please click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link below and follow the instructions provided. Please note that you will need your email address to reset your password if it has been lost or forgotten.
How to unsubscribe from e-mails
If you no longer want to receive e-mails from Bni, unsubscribe by following the instructions below. Once you have unsubscribed, any future e-mails from Bni will be sent to your permanent address only.
1. Go to bni.com and click on the "My Account" link in the top nav bar.
2. On the "My Account" page, under "Settings," click on the "Email Preferences" link.
3. On the "Email Preferences" page, under "Newsletter Subscription," select the checkbox next to the newsletter you want to unsubscribe from (for example, "Employee Portal").
4. Click on the "Unsubscribe Now!" button located at the bottom of the page.
