Employees need access to important company information, such as pay information and leave balances, from wherever they are. Bmhcc's Employee Portal provides employees with a convenient way to log in and access their account information.
To login to the Employee Portal, employees need to have their login ID and password. To get your login ID, go to your profile on the website and click on "My Profile" in the top right corner. Then, under "Login Details," you'll see your login ID. To get your password, go to the "Account Settings" tab on the website and enter your email address and password into the appropriate fields. Click on "Save Changes."
How to login to the Bmhcc Employee Portal
To login to the Bmhcc Employee Portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Bmhcc Employee Portal homepage and click on the “Login” button in the top-right corner.
2. Enter your username and password in the fields provided and click on the “Login” button.
3. The login screen will appear.
4. Click on the “My Profile” button to access your personal profile page.
5. Click on the “My Portfolios” button to view your portfolios and status updates.
6. Click on the “Employees” button to view all of your colleagues and their contact information.
How to find your user ID and password
If you are having trouble logging in to the Bmhcc Employee Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Click on the Bmhcc Employee Portal logo on the left-hand side of this page.
2. On the login screen, enter your user ID and password.
3. If you are having trouble logging in, please contact customer service at (919) 545-2200.
How to change your user ID and password
If you need to change your user ID or password, please follow these instructions:
1. Log into the Bmhcc Employee Portal at https://portal.bmhcc.org/
2. On the left hand side of the screen, under “My Profile”, click on “Change User ID” or “Change Password”.
3. On the Change User ID or Change Password screen, enter your user ID and password (the ones you entered when you first registered with Bmhcc), and click on the “Update” button.
4. If you have forgotten your user ID or password, please contact customer service at 800-792-6990.
How to update your contact information
If you have recently changed your name or contact information, you can update it through the Bmhcc Employee Portal. To login to the portal, click on "Employee Login" in the header of the website and enter your user name and password. Once you are logged in, click on "My Profile" in the main menu and then on "Contact Info" in the sub-menu. On the "Contact Info" page, you will be able to update your name, email address, or phone number.
How to view your account status
To view your account status, log in to the employee portal at: https://bmhcc.mybluemix.net/portal/login.asp. From here, you can view your current account balance, recent transactions, and account history.
How to file a report or complaint
If you have a complaint or need to file a report with Bmhcc, the following instructions will help you do so.
1. Log in to the employee portal.
2. Click the “Reports” tab.
3. Find the report that you need to file and click on it.
4. On the “Report Details” page, find the “File a Complaint” button and click on it.
5. Complete the necessary fields and click on the “Submit” button.
How to unsubscribe from email notifications
If you no longer wish to receive email notifications from the Bmhcc Employee Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Log into the portal at bmhcc.com.
2. Click on the "My Account" link in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Scroll down to the "Email Notifications" section and select "Unsubscribe" from the drop-down menu next to "Email Notification Type."
