How to login to the Bistrack Support Portal?
To login to the Bistrack Support Portal, visit https://support.bistrack.com/. After logging in, you will be taken to the main screen of the portal. On this screen, you will see all of your active support requests. Below each request, you will find information such as the status (pending, assigned, completed), type (phone support, online chat support), and date/time stamp. To manage a request, click on it. This will take you to the request detail page where you can update the details of the request, add attachments or notes, and resolve it if necessary. You can also contact customer support using the “Contact Us” link on this page.
