In addition, we have created a few tips to help you get started with the Parent Portal. Here are three quick tips to help you get started:
1) Click on the link that says "Parent Portal Login" on the home page of their website.
2) Enter your name and email address in the appropriate fields and hit the "submit" button.
3) You will then be redirected to a new page where you will be asked to create a password for your account. Please ensure that this password is unique and easy to remember. Once you have created your password, please log in and explore their website!
Bilton Grange Parent Portal How To Login
The Bilton Grange Parent Portal is a great way for parents to keep up to date with what is happening at school, and to share information and resources with each other. To login, follow these instructions:
1. Go to http://bilton-grange.com/parent-portal/.
2. Click on the orange “Login” button in the top right corner.
3. Enter your email address and password.
4. You are now logged in!
Adding/Removing Children from Your Account
If you want to add a child to your account, go to the Parent Portal and sign in. Then, click on the link for adding a child. You will be asked for your child's name, email address and birthday. Once you have entered this information, you will be prompted to create a password. Make sure that this password is very secure and that you never forget it! Once you have created the password, click on the link to approve the child's addition to your account. The Parent Portal will then allow you to view all of your children's activity on the site.
Viewing Your Child’s Academic Records
To view your child’s academic records, log in to the Bilton Grange Parent Portal.
To access the Parent Portal, visit the Bilton Grange website and sign in. After you have logged in, click on “Parents” on the left-hand menu and then “Parent Portal.” You will need to enter your username and password to access your child’s records.
Once you have logged in, you will see a list of all of your children’s classes and grades. You can also view their schedule and any absences or tardies. You can also print out a copy of your child’s academic record for use during school visits or when applying for scholarships.
Requesting Transcripts and Dual Enrollment Information
If you are a parent of a student attending Bilton Grange School, you can use their Parent Portal to request transcripts and dual enrollment information. You will need your student’s ID number and the school’s email address to complete the request. The Parent Portal also allows you to:
- View your student’s transcript history
- Register for dual enrollment courses
- Request permission to leave campus for test dates
- Request a copy of your student’s immunization records
- View your child’s individualized education program (IEP)
Contacting the School with a Complaint
If you have a complaint about your child’s school, the best way to approach the school is through their parent portal. The parent portal is a website that allows parents to access important information about their child’s school, including rosters, grades, attendance records, and more.
To access the parent portal, visit www.bilton-grange.org and sign in with your school username and password. Once you are logged in, click on the “My School” tab in the top left corner of the screen. From here, you can access all of your child’s information. If you have any questions about using the parent portal or any other issues related to your child’s school, please contact the school directly.
Managing Your Email Address and Password
The Bilton Grange Parent Portal allows parents to manage their email and password. To login, click the Login link in the upper right corner of the homepage. Enter your email address and password, and click OK. You will be taken to the Parent Portal home page. From here, you can manage your account information, sign up for newsletters, and more.
Resetting Your Password
If you forgot your password, or if you need to reset it, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the parent portal using your email address and password. If you don’t have an account yet, create one now.
2. Click on the “Forgot your password?” link in the main menu.
3. Enter your email address and click on the “Reset Password” button.
4. Enter your new password twice, and click on the “Submit” button.
Invoicing and Payment

If you are a parent of a student at Bilton Grange School, you may want to sign up for the parent portal. The parent portal gives you access to your child’s academic records, attendance information, and more. You can also use the portal to request invoices and make payments. To sign up for the parent portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to bilton-grange.org/parentportal and click “Sign In.”
2. Enter your username and password, and then click “Sign In.”
3. If you have an account with their school district, you will be asked to verify your identity. If you do not have an account with their school district, you will be asked to create an account. Click “Create Account” to begin the process.
4. On the left side of the screen, under “Parent Portal Home,” click “ enroll your child now .” This will open a new window in which you can enter your child’s name, grade level, and other information about your child.
