How to login to the Beaumont Patient Portal
If you have never logged in to the Beaumont Patient Portal before, please follow these instructions.
To login to the portal, you must first create an account by clicking on the “Create an Account” button on the main menu. After you have created your account, you will be able to access the portal from any computer that has internet access.
To log in to the portal, you will need your user name and password. To find your user name, click on the “My Profile” link on the main menu and then click on the “Your Profile” tab. Your user name will be displayed next to your email address on this page. To find your password, please click on the “Forgot Password?” link next to your user name and then enter your email address into the “Email Address” field. Your password will be sent to this email address.

How to view your Clinic information
If you have not already, please create an account on the Beaumont Patient Portal. Once you have created your account, please login to view your Clinic information.
To login to the Beaumont Patient Portal:
1. Click on the "Login" button in the top right corner of the homepage.
2. Enter your user name and password.
3. Click on the "Log In" button.
4. You will be taken to the "Clinic Profile" page.
5. Click on the "My Clinics" tab to view all of your active clinics.
6. Click on the "My Info" tab to view all of your Clinic information, including patient data and appointment history.

How to unsubscribe from the Beaumont Patient Portal
