How to login to the Bchp Patient Portal
If you are a patient and need to login to the Bchp Patient Portal, follow these simple steps:
1. Log in to your account at bchp.gov.ph with your regular username and password.
2. Click on the “My Profile” button on the top right corner of the page.
3. On the My Profile page, click on the “Login” link in the upper right corner of the page.
4. Enter your username and password and click on the “Login” button.
5. You will be redirected to the login screen for the Bchp Patient Portal. Enter your email address and password, and click on the “Login” button.
6. You will be taken to a page showing your active sessions on the portal. Click on the “Logout” button next to your name to log out of the portal session.
How to find your Bchp record
If you need to find your Bchp record, you can login to your account using the following steps:
1. Go to bchp.gov.ph and enter your user ID and password.
2. If you have not registered for a Bchp account, you will be prompted to do so.
3. On the main page, under My Account, click on Login.
4. Enter your user ID and password and click on Log In.
5. On the My Account page, under My Profile, click on Change Password.
6. Enter your current password and new password and click on Change Password Again.
7. Click on My Profile again and under Screenshot of My Records, click on Upload Image or Videos from Your Phone (if applicable).
How to make a complaint
If you have a complaint about the care you received from a doctor or health professional, you can make a formal complaint through the Bchp Patient Portal. You will be asked to create a password. Once you have logged in, you will see the “My Profile” tab on the left side of the page.
