How to login to the Bca Academy Student Portal
To login to the Bca Academy Student Portal, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your MyBCAA account.
2. Click on the “Student Portal” icon located on the left-hand side of the MyBCAA home page.
3. Enter your user name and password in the appropriate fields and click on the “Login” button.
4. You will be redirected to the Student Portal homepage.
5. Click on the “Home” tab and then on the “My Courses” tab.
6. Click on the “Login” button next to each course you are registered for.
7. If you have multiple courses, log in for each one by clicking on the “Login” button next to it.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, please click here to reset it. If you have trouble logging in, please try the following:
1. Make sure that your browser is up-to-date and that you have cookies enabled.
2. Check your browser's security settings. You may need to adjust your security settings on your computer or use a different browser.

How to update your personal information
To update your personal information on the Bca Academy Student Portal, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Student Portal by clicking on the login link in the top left corner of any page. If you have forgotten your password, click on the Forgot Your Password link in the top right corner of the login screen and enter your email address and password into the form provided. If you have forgotten your username, click on My Profile in the top right corner of the login screen and enter your first and last name into the form provided.
2. On the My Profile page, click on My Settings to access your personal information. To change your name or email address, click on those links and input the new information into the appropriate fields. You can also update your contact information by clicking on Update My Contact Information at the bottom of this page.
3. When you are finished updating your personal information, click on Save Changes at the bottom of this page.
How to submit a ticket

To submit a ticket, click the “Submit a Ticket” link on any page on the website. You will be taken to a new page where you can enter your information and complete the form. After submitting your ticket, you will receive an email notification that your request has been received.
