How to login to Baxter Portal
If you're new to Baxter Portal, or just need a refresher on how to login, keep reading!
To login to your portal, first open the homepage (http://yourserver/portal), and click the logo in the top left corner. You'll see a login screen like the one pictured below. Enter your username and password and hit "Login." You're now logged in and ready to start working!
How to change your password
To change your password on Baxter Portal, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Baxter Portal account.
2. Click the “My Account” button in the upper-right corner of the page.
3. On the “My Account” page, click the “Settings” tab.
4. Under “Password Protections,” click the “Change Password” link.
5. In the “New Password” field, type your new password and confirm it. Click the “Update Password” button to save the changes.
How to troubleshoot issues with Baxter Portal
If you are experiencing issues logging into Baxter Portal, here are some troubleshooting steps to try:
1. Make sure you are using the correct username and password. If you are not sure, please refer to the tutorials on how to create a user account and set a password.
2. Verify that your network connection is stable and that your browser is up-to-date.

How to add or remove users from a group
When you create a group in Baxter Portal, you are automatically added as an administrator. If you want to add or remove users from the group, follow these steps:
1. In the left-hand navigation bar, click Groups.
2. Locate the group you want to modify and click its name in the list on the right.
3. On the Groups tab, under Members, click Add User or Remove User.
4. In the Add User dialog box, enter the user's name and email address, and click Add.
5. In the Remove User dialog box, enter the user's name and email address, and click Remove.
How to share files with other users
If you want to share a file with another user, you can do so by using the Baxter Portal. To share a file, first open the file in the Baxter Portal and then click on the Share link in the lower-right corner of the screen. This will open a dialog box that allows you to specify which users you want to share the file with. You can also specify a time limit for how long the file will be shared for. Once you have made your selections, click on Share.
How to follow a project
If you want to follow a project that Baxter Portal is working on, there are a few things you need to do. First, open the project page and click on the "follow project" button in the top right corner. This will add the project to your personal list of projects and allow you to follow its updates. Second, you'll need to sign in to your account. To do this, click on the "sign in" button in the top right corner of any page on Baxter Portal, then enter your user name and password. Finally, you can follow the project's updates by clicking on the "follow project" button next to its name on the home page.
