How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, please follow these instructions to retrieve it:
1. Log in to the Patient Portal. Click on the “Forgot Your Password?” link in the main menu.
2. Enter your email address and click on the “Request New Password” button. You will receive an email with a reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
