The portal is available in both Azure Portal and Windows 10 desktop versions.
To access the portal, open the Azure Portal website (https://portal.azure.com) and sign in using your credentials. If you don't have an account yet, create a new account at https://portal.azure.com/. Once you're logged in, select My Account on the top toolbar and then select Services from the left navigation bar. In the Services pane, select the service you want to manage. To learn more about the service, select Overview from the ribbon bar and then select Properties from the context menu. The Properties window displays information such as resource types, services, endpoints, deployment slots, disks quotas and pricing information for each service instance type in your subscription.
