2. Download and install the latest version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 from http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48145.
3. Enable the SLA feature in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 by navigating to Setup | Administration | Service Level Agreement (SLA). Select Enabled and click OK.

Azure Management Portal Office provides comprehensive monitoring and management for your Office 365 environment. To login to the portal, follow these steps:
1. Sign in to your Azure account.
2. On the home page of the Azure Management Portal, click the Office 365 link.
3. In the Office 365 section, under Overview, click the Monitoring link.
4. On the Monitoring page, under Office 365 Monitoring, click Login to Azure Management Portal.
5. Type your azure credentials in the Login to Azure Management Portal text box and then click OK. The Azure Management Portal will open in a new window.
