Azure Devops Portal is a great tool for IT professionals that want to manage and automate their cloud-based development workflows. In this article, we will show you how to login to Azure Devops Portal, and start managing your development workflows.
Login to Azure DevOps Portal
If you don't have an Azure DevOps Portal account, create one now. After you create your account, open the Azure DevOps Portal and sign in.

On your desktop or laptop, open the Azure DevOps Portal and sign in with your credentials. Then, on the left side of the portal window, under "My Profile", click "Login".

Navigate to the Accounts overview
The Azure Devops Portal provides a comprehensive overview of your Azure DevOps account, including your projects, resources, and logs. To login to the Portal, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the Azure Devops Portal at https://portal.azure.com/.
2. Sign in with your Microsoft account credentials.
3. Select your project from the Projects overview page. (If you don't have a project, create one.) Note that you can also see all of your resources in the Resources overview page by selecting All resources in this project or team under Overview on the left-side menu.
4. Click Logins in the top right corner and select Login with SSH key or Login with Microsoft account credentials (if you are using a Microsoft account). If you are using a SSH key, enter the path to your private key in the Key file field and provide a name for this key in the Key name field. If you are using a Microsoft account, enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click OK. You will then be redirected to the Azure Devops Portal home page where you can start using it!
Add an account
If you don't have an Azure Devops Portal account, create one now. You'll need your subscription ID and access key.
If you already have an Azure Devops Portal account, sign in now.
To add an account:
1. In the Azure Devops Portal, click your name in the top left corner.
2. In the menu on the left, click Accounts.
3. On the Accounts page, select Add an account.
4. Enter your subscription ID and access key in the appropriate fields, and then click Save.
5. You're ready to start using the Azure Devops Portal!
Login with your work or school account credentials
If you are logging in for the first time, you will need to create an Azure DevOps Portal account. After you create your account, you will be able to log in using your work or school account credentials.
Configure your account settings
If you're not familiar with Azure Devops Portal, take a moment to read their quickstart guide. In this blog post, we'll show you how to configure your account settings so you can start using the portal.
First, create an account if you don't already have one. Once you've created your account, sign in and click on the Account link in the top navigation bar.
In the Account settings page, make sure the following are correct:
Your username is your full name (first and last) with a period at the end. For example, Brianne Smith
Your password is at least 8 characters long and includes at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number
Click on the Security tab and verify that your account is enabled for editing content. Next, click on the Accounts link in the top navigation bar to open the Accounts overview page. You'll see a list of all your accounts and their status. The blue icon indicates that this account is enabled for editing content. If an account isn't enabled for editing content, it will have a red icon.
On the Accounts overview page, under My Accounts , click on the Add account button.
Add a new project or workspace
Adding a new project or workspace to Azure Devops Portal is simple. To create a new project, first open the Azure Devops Portal and navigate to the Projects tab. In the Projects pane, select Add New Project. To create a new workspace, first open the Azure Devops Portal and navigate to the Workspaces tab. In the Workspaces pane, select Add New Workspace.
Both options require you to provide a name for your project or workspace, as well as an azure subscription ID. After you've entered the required information, click Create to create your project or workspace. You can find your subscription ID in the upper-right corner of the Azure Devops Portal home page.
Complete your project setup
If you're new to Azure DevOps, sign up for a free account! Once you have an account, check out the Azure DevOps Portal. The portal is a central location where you can manage your projects, tools, and resources across different parts of the Microsoft platform. You can use the portal to create and manage your projects, deploy code to Azure cloud services, access logs and diagnostics data from your applications, and more.

Sign in to your account. In the left navigation pane, select Portal > Projects. This displays the Projects page of the portal. Click New Project to open the New Project wizard.
