How to manage your account
Avis Budget Group's employee portal lets you manage your account and access your benefits. To login, first create a username and password. Then, visit the homepage and click on the "Login" link at the top. Enter your username and password, and click on the "Log In" button. You'll now be able to access your account information, including your benefits info.
How to change your password
We recommend that you change your password every time you log in to your Avis Budget Group employee portal. To change your password, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the employee portal at www.avisbudgetgroup.com/portal.
2. On the left-hand side of the screen, click on “My Account”.
3. On the My Account page, click on “Password”.
4. In the “Password” field, type in your current password and then click on “Change Password”.
5. Type in a new password and then click on “Save Changes”.
6. Click on “Login” to return to the My Account page.
How to update your contact information
If you need to update your contact information, you can do so through the Employee Portal. To login, follow these steps:
1. Go to http://www.avisbudgetgroup.com/EmployeePortal
2. Click on the "Login" button in the top-right corner of the screen.
3. Enter your user name and password and click on the "Log In" button.
4. On the main screen, click on "Contact Info."
5. You will see a list of all of your contact information, including your email address, phone number, and company website URL. You can update any of this information by clicking on the appropriate link and entering the new information.
How to unsubscribe from emails
If you no longer want to receive emails from Avis Budget Group, you can unsubscribe by clicking on the link in the email.
How to report a violation
If you believe that one of your employees has violated Avis Budget Group policies, you have several options available to you. The first step is to identify the policy that was violated. After that, you will need to report the violation to Avis Budget Group. Here are three different ways to do this:
1. Use the Employee Portal. This is the easiest way to report a violation. To use the Employee Portal, go to https://myaccount.avisbudgetgroup.com and log in using your credentials. Under "Report a Violation," select the policy that was violated and complete the form. Your report will be sent to Avis Budget Group's Compliance Department for review and action.
2. Send an e-mail. If you want to send a report electronically, you can do so by sending an e-mail to [email protected] with the name of the employee, the date of the violation, and a detailed description of what happened.
3. Call customer service. If you need immediate assistance reporting a violation, you can call customer service at 1-800-331-2222 and ask for a policy violator hotline number for your area.
