What are the different sections of the Patient Portal?
The Patient Portal is divided into seven main sections: My Account, Health History, Medical Records, Appointments, Messages, and Events.
My Account: This section contains your login information and your personal profile. You can update this information to reflect your health history and medical conditions. You can also manage your appointments, messages, and events.
Health History: This section contains your health records dating back to when you were a patient at Augusta Health. You can view your medical history and view any lab results that have been sent to Augusta Health. You can also add new records or edit existing records.
Medical Records: This section contains all of your hospital admissions and outpatient visits with Augusta Health. You can also review the medications you have been prescribed by their physicians.
