To login to your Employee Portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to https://www.atrium.com/employee-portal/.
2. Sign in using your Atrium username and password.
3. Click the “Login” button on the top right of the page.
4. Enter your email address and password. You will be redirected to the main Employee Portal page.

How to add an employee
Adding an employee to the Atrium Employee Portal is simple. After you create an employee, you can access their account information by logging in to the Employee Portal. Here's how to add an employee:
1. Click on the Employees link in the main menu of the Atrium Employee Portal.
2. On the Employees page, click on New Employee.
3. Enter your employee's full name and email address in the required fields, and click on Submit.
4. You will now be directed to the Add New User page. Here you will need to provide your employee's password and role in your company. The role can be one of the following: Manager, Administrator, or Employee. You will also need to select a user role for this new user, which can be either Manager or Administrator. Click on Next.
5. On the Confirm New User Page, verify that all information is correct and click on Finish. Your new employee has now been added to the Atrium Employee Portal!

How to delete an employee
If an employee no longer needs access to the Atrium Employee Portal, you can delete them from the system. To delete an employee:
1. Log in to the Atrium Employee Portal using your administrator credentials.
2. Click on Employees on the left-hand side of the page.
3. Select the employee you want to delete from the list of employees.
4. Click on the Delete link next to their name.
How to change an employee's role
If an employee does not have permission to access their role's information, or if they want to switch their role, they can login to the Atrium Employee Portal and change their role.
To login to the Atrium Employee Portal, an employee must have a valid username and password. They can find their username and password on their My Account page. Once logged in, they will see the Role Selector on the left-hand side of the screen.
In the Role Selector, they can select their desired role from the drop-down menu. Once they have selected their role, they will be able to see all of the information and resources related to that role on the right-hand side of the screen.
How to enable two-factor authentication
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is a security measure that requires users to provide two pieces of verification before accessing their account. One piece of verification is a password, and the other is something you already have, like a code sent to your phone.
To enable 2FA on your Atrium Employee Portal account, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your employee portal account.
2. Click the "Settings" tab at the top of the page.
3. Under "Security", click "Two-factor authentication".
4. Click the "Enable 2FA" button to activate the feature.
5. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields, and click "Log in".
6. If you have an active 2FA app installed on your phone, you'll be prompted to enter your code. If not, you'll be redirected to the App Store or Google Play Store to download one. When you have it installed, return to Atrium Employee Portal and enter it in the field next to "Code".
7. Click "Log out" to finish setting up 2FA on your account.
How to schedule a time for employees to check in
The Atrium Employee Portal allows employees to schedule their check-in time in order to have a centralized location where they can view their current schedule and leave messages for co-workers. To login and schedule a check-in time: 1. Log into the Atrium Employee Portal at https://employees.atriumhealth.com/. 2. Click on My Profile in the top right corner of the screen. 3. Under My Schedule, click on the green pencil next to Check In Time to schedule your check-in time. 4. Click on the blue Save button at the bottom of the screen when you are finished scheduling your check-in time.
