How to Log In to Atlanticare Patient Portal
If you are a registered Atlanticare patient and have not already done so, please visit their Patient Portal to create an account. Once you have created an account, please follow these instructions to log in:
1. Click on the link in the email we sent to you after you registered with Atlanticare. This will take you to their Patient Portal.
2. Enter your Username and Password in the appropriate fields and click Login.
3. If you have not already done so, review their Privacy Policy and Terms of Use before clicking Submit.
Once you have reviewed these policies, click Submit and then Close This Window. You are now logged in to their Patient Portal!
How to Access Your Health Record
If you are a patient of Atlanticare, you can access your health record through their Patient Portal. The Patient Portal is a secure website where you can view your medical history, receive notifications about your health care, and more. To access the Patient Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Atlanticare Patient Portal using your login information. This information can be found on your hospital discharge papers or on their website. If you cannot find this information, please contact them at 1-866-287-2273 or [email protected].
2. Click on the "My Profile" tab located on the left-hand side of the screen.
3. On the My Profile page, click on "View My Health Record" located in the "My Details" section.
4. Enter your name and date of birth in the required fields and click "Next".
5. Your health record will be displayed on the screen and you can review it by clicking on any of the tabs listed below it (eg., "Medications", "Anatomy & Physiology", etc.). If you have any questions about accessing your health record, please contact them at 1-866
Tax Information and Medical Records
If you are an Atlanticare patient, you can use their Patient Portal to access your medical records and tax information. To log in, please follow these steps:
1. Enter your Patient ID number (which is located on your Atlanticare ID card or on the back of your hospital bill).
2. Click on the Login link in the header of the page.
3. Enter your user name and password.
4. If you have not yet registered for a Patient Portal account, click on the Register link and follow the prompts.
5. You will now be able to access all of your personal information, including your medical history and insurance information.
Appointments
If you are new to Atlanticare, please review their Patient Portal Overview page first. Once you have familiarized yourself with the Patient Portal, follow these steps to login:
1. Log In using your Email Address and Password. If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link in the login form below. You will then be directed to their password reset page.
2. Click on the "Appointments" tab at the top of the Patient Portal. This is where all of your appointments are located! You can see upcoming appointments, as well as past appointments that you have made with Atlanticare.
3. To make a new appointment, click on the "Appointments" tab and select "New Appointment." You will then be directed to their appointment form. Please complete all fields and click on the "submit" button at the bottom of the form. You will then be redirected to their confirmation page.

Communication with Atlanticare
Atlanticare Patient Portal is a secure portal that allows patients and their caregivers to communicate with Atlanticare about their health care.
To login to the portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to www.atlanticare.ca/patient-portal.
2. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields (see Figure 1). If you have forgotten your password, please contact them at 1-866-287-0099 or visit their customer service centre at 2200 Bay Street in Halifax.
3. Click the “Login” button (see Figure 2). You will be prompted to review and accept the terms of use before being allowed to proceed.
