How to find your account number and password
To find your account number and password, please login to your portal account and go to "My Profile" on the left hand side. Once there, you will see a heading titled "Account Details". In this section, you will find your account number and password. If you need to reset your password, please follow the steps outlined in their password reset article.
How to change your account information
If you're having trouble logging in to your Atlantic Palms Resident Portal account, you can change your password or username. To change your password, click the "My Profile" tab at the top of the portal, and enter your current password in the "Password" field. To change your username, click the "My Profile" tab at the top of the portal, and enter a new username in the "Username" field.
How do I report a problem with the Resident Portal?
If you have trouble logging in to the Resident Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Exit out of the resident portal and close all open browser windows.
