As Athens Internal Medicine patients, you have a wealth of information at your fingertips. With the Patient Portal, you can easily access your medical records, track your health history, and more. Follow these simple steps to login and start using the Patient Portal:
1. Go to the website www.athensinternalmedicine.com and sign in with your Athens Internal Medicine account name and password.
2. Click on the “Patient Portal” tab at the top of the homepage.
3. Enter your zip code in the “Location” field and click on the “Go” button.
4. Enter your date of birth in the “Date of Birth” field and click on the “Next” button.
5. Enter your gender in the “Gender” field and click on the “Next” button.

If you are a patient of Athens Internal Medicine, you can access their Patient Portal to view your health history, medical records, and medications. To login to the Patient Portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to their website at http://www.athensmd.com and enter Athens Internal Medicine into the search bar.
2. Click on the "Patient Portal" link under the "News & Events" section of their website.
3. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click on the "Log In" button.
4. You will be prompted to review the terms of use and click on the "I Agree" button to continue.
5. The Patient Portal will open and you will be able to view your health history, medical records, and medications.

1. Log in to the website at:https://www.athensinternalmedicine.org/patientPortal/.
2. Click on the “Forgot Password” link in the upper right corner of the homepage.
3. Enter your email address and choose a password that is at least 8 characters long and contains at least one number and one letter. (For example, “[email protected]” would be a good password.)
4. Click on the “Create Password” button to create your new password.
5. Click on the “Log In” button to log in to your account.
Your username is the email address you entered in Step 3 and your password is the password you created in Step 4

How to schedule an appointment
If you are looking to schedule an appointment with one of their physicians at Athens Internal Medicine, the easiest way to do so is through their patient portal. To login and make a reservation, follow these simple steps:
1. Go to their website at www.athensmd.com and click on “Patient Portal” in the top left corner of the homepage.
2. If you have not already registered with Athens Internal Medicine, enter your name and email address in the appropriate fields and click “Register Now”. You will then be directed to complete additional registration questions.
3. Click on “View Appointments” in the top right corner of the Patient Portal screen and select your calendar date range (Day, Month, Year). You will be able to view all of your current appointments as well as make new reservations for future dates by clicking on the “Book Appointment” button next to the appointment you would like to reserve.
4. When you are ready to submit your reservation request, click on “Complete Reservation Request” and fill out the requested information including your desired appointment time and date. Once you
