Asu Patient Portal is the online patient portal of Asu Health System. It provides a convenient online way for patients to access their health records, receive notifications about appointments and updates, and communicate with the health care team.

How to login to Asu Patient Portal
You can login to the Asu Patient Portal by clicking on the link in the email that you received when you registered for the system. After you login, you will be taken to the main page of the portal.
How to view your health history

Our patient portal allows you to view your health history, medication information, and more! To login, follow these simple steps:
1. Go to [email protected] and enter your ASU NetID and password
2. Click the My Account link in the header bar at the top of the page
3. On the My Account screen, click the Profile tab on the left side of the screen
4. On the Profile screen, click Login in the lower right corner of the screen
5. Enter your NetID and password in the fields on the login screen and click Login
How to update your contact information
If you haven't already done so, please login to the Asu Patient Portal and update your contact information. This will help us better serve you and keep your information up to date. Here are instructions on how to do this:
1. Navigate to the "My Account" page on the Asu Patient Portal.
2. Under "Personal Info," click on "Update Contact Info."
3. On the next screen, enter your contact information in the fields provided and click "Update Info."
How to view your medications
The Asu Patient Portal offers several ways to view your medications.
You can search for a medication by its name, class, or generic name. If you know the manufacturer, you can also search by brand name.
You can also view your medications by Drug Class, which groups medications according to their chemical and biological properties. You can find information about each drug class on the Asu Patient Portal website.
You can also view your medications by date of prescription or dispensing. This is helpful if you are trying to track the progress of a medication or if you are waiting for a refill.
How to manage your account
If you have registered for the Asu Patient Portal, you will need to login to view your account and manage your health information. To login, enter your username and password below. If you have not registered for the Asu Patient Portal, you can still browse the site, but will not be able to manage your account or view your health information.
