How to login to Assumption Portal
If you are a new user of Assumption Portal, or have forgotten your login credentials, follow these steps:
1. Click on the "Log In" link on the top right corner of the main page.
2. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields and click on the "Log In" button. If you have not registered for an account yet, you will be prompted to do so now.
3. You will now be taken to the "My Profile" page. Here, you can see all of your personal information, as well as your current log-ins and passwords for other Assumption Portal services. How Assumption Portal Works
Since Assumption Portal is a web-based system, you will need to login in order to access it. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Assumption Portal website and sign in using your username and password.
2. Click on the My Account link located on the top right of the screen. This will take you to the My Account page.
3. On the My Account page, click on the Login link located in the top left corner of the screen. This will take you to the Login Page.
4. Enter your username and password into the appropriate fields on the Login Page and click on the Sign In button. You will be redirected to the Assumption Portal homepage.
Assumption Portal Fees and Payment Options
If you have never used the Assumption Portal, please follow these instructions to create an account and login. There are three ways to pay for your services: online, by phone, or in person.
To pay online, use the following link to visit their website and enter your payment information:

To pay by phone, call (630) 792-4000 and ask to speak with their Payment Department. You will need your portal account number and the credit card you would like to use for your payment. The cost of a one-time online payment is $10.00 and the cost of a one-time phone payment is $3.00. You can also make a one-time payment in person at the Cashier's Desk on the first floor of the Newman Library during regular business hours. The cost of a one-time payment in person is $5.00.
