How to login Aspen Student Portal
If you are a current Aspen student and have an active Aspen ID, you can login to the Portal using your ID and password. If you are not currently a student at Aspen, or if you have lost your Aspen ID, please click here to learn more about how to create an account.
How to add/remove courses
If you are a new student, or have forgotten your Aspen Student Portal password, please follow the steps below to add or remove courses.
To add a course:
1. Log in to your Aspen Student Portal.
2. Click Courses in the left nav bar.
3. Click Add Course in the top right corner of the screen.
4. Fill out the required information and click Submit Course.
5. You will now see your new course listed on the Courses page. Repeat these steps to add as many courses as you want!
6. To remove a course:
1. Log in to your Aspen Student Portal.
2. Click Courses in the left nav bar.
3. Click Remove Course in the top right corner of the screen.
4. Confirm that you want to delete this course and click Submit Course.
5. You will now see a confirmation message that your course has been removed from the Courses page.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, please follow these steps:
1. Click the “Forgot your password?” link on the login page.
2. Enter your email address in the “Email Address” field and click the “Reset my password” button.
3. Enter your new password in the “New Password” field and click the “Reset my password” button.
4. Click the “Login” button to return to the login page.
How to view your account information
To view your account information, log in to the Aspen Student Portal.:
To log in, go to aspen.edu and sign in using your Aspen ID and password. You can also create a new user if you don't have an existing one. Once you're logged in, select "My Account" from the top navigation bar.:
In the My Account section, you'll see a list of all of your Aspen accounts (including academic and personal). To view your account information for an individual account, click on the account name in the list. The following screen will appear:
If you don't have an Aspen ID or password, please create one before logging in to the Aspen Student Portal.
How to print your transcript
If you need to print your transcript, the easiest way to do so is to go to My Aspen Student Portal, click on Your Account and then click on My Transcripts. You will be able to print your transcripts using the PDF option.

If you're a student at Aspen and you're looking for ways to connect with your classmates and the community, the Aspen Student Portal is the perfect place to start. Here you'll find all the information and tools you need to connect with your school, stay connected with current events, and get involved in campus life.
To access the portal, first sign in using your Aspen ID. Once you're logged in, click on the "My Account" tab in the top left corner of the screen. Here you'll find all of the important information about your account, including your username and password. If you ever forget either of these details, just click on "Forgot Your Password?" in the top right corner of the My Account page and we'll help you reset it.
Once you've registered for an account and logged in, take a look around! The My Account tab contains all of the information you need to get started, from campus news and events to campus resources like study groups and tutoring services. You can also find info about joining clubs and organizations or post comments on relevant topics.
