Aspen residents can now login to their portal using their Aspen ID and password. To login, follow these steps:
1. Click the Login link on the top right of your Aspen Portal home page.
2. Enter your Aspen ID (which is your username) and password in the appropriate fields.
3. Click the Login button to finish entering your information.
How to login to Aspen Resident Portal
If you are a current Aspen Resident and have an active Aspen account, you can login to the portal using your username and password. If you do not have an active Aspen account, or if you would like to create a new account, please follow the instructions below.
To login to the portal:
1. Log in to your web browser and visit aspen.org.
2. Click on the "Login" tab at the top of the page.
3. Type in your username ([email protected]) and password (password).
4. Click "Log In."
How to use the Aspen Resident Portal
If you are a resident of Aspen, Colorado, and have an Aspen ID account, you can use the Aspen Resident Portal to manage your account and access your records. To sign in, go to aspenid.com and enter your Aspen ID number in the login box. If you don't have an Aspen ID account, you can create one by going to aspenid.com and clicking on the Create an Account button. Once you have logged in, click on My Profile at the top of the page to see your account information. You can also use the Resident Portal to:
- View your record history
- Update your contact information
- Request copies of your records
- Request changes to your records
- Request a transcript of your record

To login to Aspen Resident Portal, click the “login” link at the top of any page. Enter your username and password and hit “login.” You will be taken to the home page of the Portal.
How to make a request through the Aspen Resident Portal
If you need to make a request through the Aspen Resident Portal, there are a few steps that you need to take. The first step is to go to the Resident Portal and sign in. Once you're signed in, click on the “Request” tab in the main navigation bar. You'll see three main areas of the Request tab: News and Events, Services, and Forms.
The News and Events area lists recent requests that have been made by residents. This is a great place to start if you have questions about what requests are available or how to make a request.
The Services area contains information on many of the services offered through the Aspen Resident Portal. This includes information on how to request services such as parking permits, recycling, and pet waste disposal.
The Forms area contains forms that you can use to make requests for services or for yourself. This includes things like applications for concerts or special events, requests for parking permits, and more.

How to change your password on Aspen Resident Portal
Step 1: Log in to your Aspen Resident Portal account.
Step 2: Click on the “My Account” link in the top right corner of the homepage.
Step 3: On the My Account page, click on the “Change Password” link in the left column.
Step 4: Enter your current password in the “New Password” text box and select a new password in the “New Password (again)” text box.
Click on the “Submit” button to change your password.
You will be required to enter your new password again when you next sign in to your Aspen Resident Portal account.
