If you are a student at Ashford University and need to login to your Student Portal, there are a few different ways you can do this. This article will provide instructions for each method, so that you can find the information you are looking for and get started using your Student Portal!
How to login to the Ashford Student Portal
Login in the following way:
1. Go to https://my.ashford.edu/login and sign in with your username and password. If you have forgotten your login information, please contact the IT Service Desk at [email protected] or (203) 854-4000.
2. Click on the "Log Out" link at the top of the page to log out of your account and return to the main website.
3. Click on "My Profile" in the left navigation bar, then click on "My Academics" in the upper right corner of the My Profile page to access your academic record.
How to find your My Account
If you have not already done so, create an account by clicking on the "Sign In" button in the top right corner of this page. If you have already created an account, click on the "My Account" link in the header at the top of this page to find your login information.
Once you have logged in, you will be taken to the "My Account" page. Here, you can find all of your account information, such as your username and password. You can also view your school profile and see all of the courses that you are currently enrolled in.

How to change your password
If you forget your password, you can change it by following these steps:
1. Log in to the Ashford Student Portal.
2. Click on "My Profile."
3. Under "Personal Information," click on "Password."
4. Enter your current password and click on "Change Password."
5. Enter a new password and click on "Update Profile."
How to manage your account
To manage your Ashford Student Portal account, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account by clicking the "Log In" link at the top of the page.
2. If you have not created a password yet, enter your email address and click "Create Password" to create a new password.
3. Click the "Account" tab to view your account information.
4. Click the "Settings" link on the left side of the screen to change your account settings.
5. In the "Privacy & Security" section, select whether you want to receive email notifications about new content on AshfordStudentPortal.com or participate in online surveys.
6. Click the "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the screen to apply your changes and return to the main page of your Ashford Student Portal account.
How to report a problem with the Ashford Student Portal
If you have a problem logging in to the Ashford Student Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Click the “Login” link in the top left corner of the homepage.
2. Enter your username and password.
3. If you are having trouble logging in with your credentials, please try resetting your password by clicking on the “Forgot Password?” link in the top right corner of the login screen and filling out the form that appears. You will need to enter your old password and new password to reset your password.
