2. On the left-hand side of the page, click on “Login.”
3. Enter your name and email address in the appropriate fields, and hit “Log In.”
4. You will be directed to the main Patient Portal page. On this page, you will see all of your information in one place, including your medical history and current medications. You can also schedule appointments and view lab results online.
How to Access Your Medical History
If you are a patient at Asheville Endocrinology, and you have a login to their patient portal, please follow these instructions to access your medical history.
1. Log in to the patient portal by clicking on the link below:\\

2. If you are not already logged into the patient portal, enter your username and password in the fields provided and click on the "Log In" button.
3. You will then be taken to the "My Profile" page where you can view your clinical information, including your medical history.
4. To access your medical history by date, select the "Date Range" dropdown menu and choose a date from the list of available dates. The "All Episodes" tab will display all of your appointments for that date range, as well as any lab work or other diagnostic information performed during that time period.
How to Request Tests and Services
