If you are having difficulty logging into your Ascentis Portal account, please follow these simple steps:
1. Check your spam folder if you are receiving emails that are not from Ascentis. If the email is from ascentisportal.com, please click on the link in the email to open the website in your browser. If you are still having trouble logging in, please try the following:
a. Reset your password by clicking on "Forgot Your Password?" found under "My Account" on the left side of the homepage and entering your old password twice. You will receive an email notification with a link to reset your password.
b. If you have not yet registered for an Ascentis Portal account, you can create one by clicking on "Register now" found at the bottom of this page and filling out all required information.
How to login to Ascentis Portal
If you are not already logged in, first create an account by clicking on the "sign in" link at the top of the page.
Once you have logged in, you will see the main menu. On the left side of the menu, under "Services" click on "Portal".
On the right side of the portal screen, under "Login", you will see a login form. Enter your username and password and click submit. You will be redirected to the application's home page.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your Ascentis Portal password, there are a few ways to reset it. The first option is to visit the login page and enter your username and password. If that doesn't work, you can try resetting your password using the reset password form on the Account Management page.
How to add or edit a profile
If you’re new to Ascentis Portal, or just need help logging in, follow these steps:
1. Click the “Login” button at the top of any page.
2. Enter your username and password (if you already have an account, you can skip this step). If you’re not registered yet, click the “Register now” link next to the Login button and fill out the required information.
3. After you’ve logged in, click the “My Profile” tab at the top of the page.
4. On the My Profile page, you can add or edit your profile information. To add a new profile, click the “Add New Profile” link in the left column and enter your name, email address, and other contact information. To edit an existing profile, click the name of the profile in the left column and enter your updated information.
5. When you’re done editing your profile, click the “ Save Changes ” button at the bottom of the My Profile page to save your changes.
How to update your contact information
If you have forgotten your login information or if you would like to update your contact information, please follow these steps:
1. Click on the "My Account" tab in the top left corner of the website.
2. Enter your email address in the "Email" field and click on the "Save Changes" button.
3. In the "Login Info" area, enter your login name and password and click on the "Log In" button.
4. If you are not already registered with Ascentis Portal, you will be prompted to register first. Once you have registered, you will be able to login using your login name and password.
How to cancel your account
If you're unhappy with how your Ascentis Portal is working, or think you may have accidentally signed up for a subscription you don't want, there are two ways to cancel your account.
The first option is to go to the Ascentis Portal and sign in. On the main page, under "My Account", click on "Cancel My Account". You'll be asked to confirm your decision, and then your account will be cancelled.
The second option is to contact Ascentis support. To do this, go to the Ascentis Portal and sign in. On the main page, under "My Account", click on "Contact Support". You'll be prompted to enter your contact information, including your email address. Once we've received your request, we'll contact you to help resolve the issue.
How to view your account activity
If you have forgotten your password, you can view your account activity by clicking on the "Forgotten Password" link in the login section of the Ascentis Portal.
How to dispute a charge
If you have a dispute about a charge on your account, you can login to your account and dispute the charge. To login, go to "My Account" on the homepage and enter your username and password. After logging in, click on the "Disputes" link on the left menu and enter the details of your dispute. If you have received a message from us about your dispute, please include it in your submission. They will review your dispute and respond to you within 14 days.
How to get help using the Ascentis Portal
If you are having trouble logging into the Ascentis Portal, there are a few things you can do to get help.
First, try the following steps:
1. Double-check your password. Make sure you have entered it correctly and that it is not one of the default passwords listed on the Portal.
2. Check that you have installed the Ascentis Portal software on your computer and that it is up to date.
