Artsway Dealer Portal How to Login
The Artsway Dealer Portal provides access to Artsway's online marketplace, where artists and dealers can find and sell their work. To login, first create a user account on the Artsway website. Once you have created an account, log in using the email address associated with your account and password.
To get started selling on the Artsway Dealer Portal, first browse through the popular categories of art to find the type of artwork that interests you. Next, select a category from the list on the left side of the screen and click on the “Browse Art” button. This will display all of the artwork in that category that has been submitted by artists and dealers. After you have found an artwork that you would like to sell, click on the “Add to Cart” button to add it to your shopping cart. You can then view your shopping cart and make changes to your selections by clicking on the “Cart” button at the top of the screen. After you have finished shopping, click on the “Checkout” button to complete your purchase.

If you are a new Artsway Dealer, or if you have not logged in to the Artsway Dealer Portal in a while, please follow these simple steps to get started:
1. Click on the link that says "Log In" in the top right corner of the Artsway Dealer Portal homepage.
2. Enter your login information and click on "LOGIN".
3. You will now be in your "Account Overview" page, where you can see all of your current account information.
4. On this page, you can update or change your login information, as well as manage your account settings and preferences.

If you are a new Artsway Dealer, please follow these steps to create your account:
1. Click on the “Sign In” link in the top right corner of the home page. If you are already logged in, you will see the login screen.
2. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click “Sign In”.
3. You will now be taken to the Dealer Portal account settings page. Here you can choose your profile name, password, and contact information. You are also able to set up your shop logo and colors.
4. Once you have completed these steps, click “Save Changes” and you will be returned to the Dealer Portal home page.

If you are a dealer registered with Artsway, and have an active account, you can place orders through their Dealer Portal.
To login to the Dealer Portal:
1. Go to: artsway.com/dealer-portal
2. Enter your username and password.
3. Click “Log In” on the top right corner of the screen.
4. You will be directed to the “My Orders” page.
5. To place an order, click on the “Place Order” link on the left side of the My Orders page.
6. Enter the items that you want to purchase and specify the quantity of each item.
7. Click on the “Submit Order” button to submit your order.

There are a few different payment methods that you can use when shopping on the Artsway Dealer Portal. We'll outline each of them below.
Visa Credit and Debit Cards
You can use your Visa Credit or Debit Card to purchase items on the Artsway Dealer Portal. Just enter your card information into the appropriate fields on the checkout page, and you're ready to go!
PayPal
You can also use PayPal to pay for your purchases on the Artsway Dealer Portal. Just enter your account information into the PayPal checkout field, and you're ready to go!
Bank Transfer
If you want to pay by bank transfer, you can do that too! Simply enter your bank details into the bank transfer checkout field, and you're ready to go!
Artsway Dealer Portal Returns and Exchanges
If you have an account created with Artsway and have not logged in in more than six months, your account will expire. You can renew your account by following these steps:
1. Log in to your Artsway Dealer Portal account.
2. Click on the Account tab at the top of the page.
3. On the Account page, click on the My Details link in the lower left corner of the page.
4. On the My Details page, under Account Type, select Account Renewal and click on the Renew Now button.
5. Enter your login information and click on the Renew Now button again.
6. Your account will be renewed and you will be able to continue using all of the features of your dealer portal account.
Artwork Submission Guidelines
If you are submitting artwork for sale on Artsway, we have a few guidelines that you should follow.
1) Your artwork should be high quality and represent your best work. Do not submit low-quality or stock images.
2) Your artwork should be accompanied by a description of the piece that is at least 150 words long. This will help us get a better idea of what you are selling and let us know if there are any specific themes or subjects that you prefer to focus on.
3) You are allowed to list up to three pieces of art for sale at one time. If you would like to list more, please contact Artsway customer service for additional pricing information.
4) You may only sell artwork that you have created yourself. Do not submit copyrighted content or images that you do not own rights to. If you have any questions about this, please contact Artsway customer service.
