How to login to the Art Institute Portal
If you are a current Art Institute student, staff, or faculty member, you can access the Art Institute Portal using your login credentials. If you are not an Art Institute student, staff, or faculty member, you can enroll in a free trial to gain access to the Art Institute Portal.
How to access your student account
If you are a student at the Art Institute of Chicago, you can access your student account by clicking on the "Student Portal" link on the home page of their website. After logging in, you will be able to view all of your account information, including your course schedule and grades. You can also register for classes and make payments online.
How to make changes to your student account
If you have forgotten your login information or if you need to make changes to your student account, follow these steps:
1. Click on the "Art Institute Portal" tab on the main menu of the website.
2. Enter your full name and email address in the appropriate fields and click "Login."
3. If you have a password, enter it in the "Password" field and click "Login." If you do not have a password, leave this field blank and click "Sign In."
4. On the "Welcome to Art Institute Portal!" page, click on the link that says "My Account."
5. On the "My Account" page, under "Account Details," click on the link that says "Change Your Password."
6. Enter your new password in the "New Password" field and click "Update Password."
7. Click on the link that says "View Profile" under the section titled "Your Student Status." Underneath your name, click on the link that says "Edit Profile" to make any desired changes to your profile information.

How to view your transcripts
If you have ever attempted to view your Art Institute transcripts, you know that the process can be a bit daunting. Fortunately, the Art Institute Portal has detailed instructions on how to login and view your transcripts.
First, you will need to create an account on the Art Institute Portal. Once you have created your account, click on the "Transcripts" tab located in the main menu. You will then be able to access all of your transcripts from your account.
To view your transcript, simply scroll down until you find the section that corresponds with the year of your degree program. Click on the link that corresponds with your transcript and you will be brought to a page containing all of your information. You can also print out this page if you would like to keep it handy.
How to get a Student Identification Number (SIN)
If you are a student at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, or any other college or university, you need to register for SINs. There are a few ways to get one:
-You can obtain a SIN by completing an online registration form and submitting it to your school.
-You can also request a SIN through your school's registrar's office.
-Or, if you are not a student but have previously worked at an art school or college, you may be able to get a SIN by providing documentation of your employment.
How to change your mailing address
If you need to change your mailing address, please follow the steps below. If you have already changed your address, please login to your account and update your contact information.
How to report a lost or stolen ID card
If you have lost or your ID card has been stolen, you can report the loss or theft online. Follow these steps to online report a lost or stolen ID card:
Log in to the Art Institute Portal. From the main menu, select Security and Identity. Under Lost or stolen cards, select Report a lost or stolen card. Select an option to report the loss or theft: Online

How to update your contact information
If you would like to update your contact information on the Art Institute Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Art Institute Portal.
2. Click the My Account link in the top navigation bar.
3. Click the Contact Info link in the left sidebar.
4. Complete the necessary fields and click Submit.
How to cancel your enrollment
If you decide that you no longer want to attend the Art Institute, canceling your enrollment is easy. You'll just need to follow these simple steps:
1. Log into the Art Institute Portal.
2. Click on My Account in the top navigation bar.
3. Under "My Enrollment Status," click on "Cancel My Enrollment."
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation process.
How to report a problem with your course materials
If you are having difficulty accessing your course materials, please follow these steps:
