How to login to your Application Portal
To login to your Application Portal, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Administrator account.
2. Click the Applications link on the left side of the screen.
3. In the Applications list, click your Application Portal's name.
4. In the navigation bar, click Users and Groups.
5. On the Users and Groups page, under Your Application Portal, click Login.
6. Enter your Administrator user name and password in the appropriate fields, and then click OK.
Adding new Users to your Application Portal
Adding new Users to your Application Portal can be done in a few simple steps.
To start, open the Application Portal and click on the "Users" tab.
Then, click on the "Add User" button.
Enter the user's initial information and click on the "Next" button.
The next step is to provide authentication information for the user. This can be done by entering their login name and password or by using an authentication token.
After providing authentication information, the next step is to specify the user's role within your organization. There are four roles that are available: Administrator, Author, Contributor, and Viewer.
Finally, you will need to provide additional user information such as their email address and company name. After all of the necessary information has been entered, click on the "Create User" button.
Removing Users from your Application Portal
If you no longer need a user account on your Application Portal, there are several ways to remove them.
- Via the Portal Login Page: To remove a user from the Portal Login Page, go to the Users tab and click the Delete User button. The user will be removed from your list of users and their account will be closed.
- Via Your Application: If you manage your application through your portal, you can remove users by going to Applications > My Applications and clicking on the user’s name. You will see their account information, including their password if they have one. Click on the Remove User button to close their account.
- Via the Users List: If you only want to view user accounts, not remove them, go to Users > All Users and click on the Show/Hide Details button. This will show all of the users in your portal, with their name and contact information. You can then decide whether you want to keep or delete each user.
Changing Password for an User
If you need to change the password for an existing user, follow these steps:
Login to the application portal using your administrator credentials. Click Users in the left-hand navigation menu. Click the user you want to change passwords for. On the User Details page, click Change Password. Enter a new password in the New Password field and confirm it in the Confirm New Password field. Click Save Changes.
Editing an User Profile
If you would like to edit an existing user profile, follow these steps:
1. Click on the "Users" tab in the application portal.
2. Select the user you want to edit from the list of users.
3. Click on the "Profile" tab on the user's page.
4. In the "Profile Information" box, enter your desired changes into the fields and click on "Update Profile".
5. If you made any changes to your email address or password, click on the "Reset Password" button and enter your new password in the "New Password" field.
6. Click on the "Log Out" button to log out of your account and return to the homepage.
Deleting an User Profile
Login into the portal using your user name and password. If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the login screen.
To delete an user profile, follow these steps:
1. Click on the "User Profiles" tab in the navigation bar at the top of the portal.
2. Find the user profile you want to delete and click on the "Delete" button next to it. Note that this will also delete all of the user's content from the portal.
