How to login to the Allergy Arts Patient Portal
If you are a patient of Allergy Arts and have not yet logged in to the patient portal, you can do so by following these simple steps:

1. Click on "My Health" in the main navigation bar.
2. Click on "Allergies & Medications."
3. Click on the "Allergies" tab to view a list of your allergen categories and medications that are specific to each category.
4. Click on the "Medications" tab to view a list of your medication categories and medications that are specifically for allergy symptoms.

How to create a personalized treatment plan
If you are new to allergy arts, or have been away from treatment for a while, it can be hard to know where to start. The Allergy Arts Patient Portal can help! It's a resource that provides information on all aspects of allergy care, from diagnosis to treatment.
To get started, you'll need to create an account. Once you have an account, you can access the Patient Portal through the following link: http://patientportal.allergyarts.org/.
To create an account, you will need your name and email address. You can also choose to have a password protected account. After you have created your account, click on the "My Account" link in the top menu bar.
On the My Account page, you will find a section called "Treatment Plans." In this section, you will find a list of all of the plans available through the Patient Portal. You can view each plan by clicking on the corresponding title or by selecting one of the options listed below it.

How to manage your allergies and symptoms

1. First, create a user profile by clicking on "User Profile" at the top of the page. This will allow you to add your name, email address, and other contact information. You can also set up a password if you want, and choose which allergy categories you would like to manage.
2. Once you have created your profile, click on "My Medications" in the left-hand navigation menu. This will display a list of all of your medications, as well as their doses and dates of expiration (if applicable). If you need to update any of this information, simply click on the medication name and update the data in the fields provided.
3. Finally, click on "My Symptom Tracker" in the left-hand navigation menu. This will display a list of all of your current symptoms and their severity ratings (0-5). You can use this information to track your progress over time and make adjustments to your treatment plan as needed.
How to communicate with your doctor
If you are not currently seeing your allergist, or if you have switched to a different allergist, it is important to keep up with your allergy care. The Allergy Arts Patient Portal allows you to easily communicate with your doctor.
To login to the Allergy Arts Patient Portal, go to: https://patientportal.allergyarts.org/Login
Enter your name and email address in the appropriate fields, and click "Sign In." You will be prompted to create a password. Once you have logged in, you will see the "My Doctor" tab. This tab will display all of your current appointments with your allergist. Click on the appointment that you would like to view information about. You will see all of the relevant information about that appointment, such as the date and time of the appointment, what medications were prescribed, and any other notes about that appointment.
If there is a new medication that has been prescribed since your last appointment, or if there are any changes in your health since your last visit with your allergist, you can view these changes by clicking on the "Medications" tab and then selecting the "New Medications" or "Changed Medications" categories.
