If you have ever had to login to the Alert Logic Portal, then you know that it can be a bit of a pain. In this article, we will walk you through the steps necessary to login to the Portal using your email address and password.
Login to your Alert Logic Portal
If you have not already logged in to your Alert Logic Portal, please follow these instructions:
1. Click on the Login link on the top right hand corner of the home page.
2. Enter your username and password in the fields provided and click on the Log In button.
3. If you have forgotten your login details, click on the Forgot Your Password link and enter your username and password in the fields provided. Once you have logged in, you will be returned to the home page.
Change your password
If you have forgotten your password, follow these instructions to change it.
Manage your Alerts
If you have an Alert Logic Portal account, you can manage your alerts in the Dashboard. To login to the Dashboard, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Alert Logic Portal account.
2. Click on My Account in the top navigation bar.
3. Click on Settings in the My Account section.
4. On the Settings page, click on the Login link in the bottom left corner of the page.
5. Enter your user name and password in the login form and click OK to log in to your account.
6. In the Dashboard, click on an alert name to view its details. You can also manage all your alerts by following these steps:
7. Click on Alerts in the top navigation bar of the Dashboard.
8. On the Alerts page, select a category from the drop-down list near the top of the page, or click All Categories at the bottom of this page to view all categories and their respective alerts.
9. Select an alert from this list to view its details, including information about when it was generated, what triggered it, and any actions that have been taken as a result of this alert
Change your notification settings
If you're not receiving notifications from Alert Logic, there are a few things you can do to try and troubleshoot the issue.
To change your notification settings:
1. Log in to your Alert Logic Portal account.
2. On the Home page, click Settings (the gear icon).
3. On the Settings page, under Notifications, select the type of notification you want to change: Email or Push Notification.
4. If you want to change your email notification settings, enter your email address in the Email address box and click Save Changes. If you want to change your push notification settings, enter your push notification code in the Push Notification Code box and click Save Changes.
Add a contact to receive alerts
If you have a registered account with Alert Logic Portal, you can add a contact to receive alerts. To add a contact, navigate to the "Contacts" tab in your account and click on the "Add Contact" button. Enter the recipient's email address and click on the "Submit" button.
Create or edit an alert
Log in to your Alert Logic Portal account.
1. Click the "Login" link in the top left corner of the portal.
2. Enter your login information and click "Log In."
3. If you have not created an Alert Logic Portal account, enter your email address and password and click "Create Account."
4. Once you have logged in, you will see the "My Account" page. On this page, you can manage your alerts, subscriptions, and reports.
5. Under the "My Account" heading, click the "Alerts" tab. Here you can create or edit an alert.
6. To create a new alert, click the "New" button in the top right corner of the alert window and provide a name for your alert and a description of the alert. You can also set a trigger for the alert and specify parameters for the alert. The parameters for an alert can include data values, time periods, or conditions that must be met before an action is taken.
