How to Login to the Aia Planner Portal
If you have never logged in to the Aia Planner Portal before, follow these instructions.:
To login, click on the "Log In" button in the top right corner of the homepage. Enter your user name and password, and click on the "Log In" button.
How to Change your Password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you would like to change it, follow these steps:
1. Click the Login link on the main menu bar.
2. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields, and click Log In.
3. If you have not registered for an account yet, you will be prompted to do so now. Once your account is created, return to this step.
4. On the main menu bar, click the Account link.
5. On the Account page, under Password Options, click Change Password.
6. Enter your current password in the New Password field and new password in the New Password Confirmation field and click Change Password.
How to Access your Account
If you have forgotten your password, or if you have not logged in for a while, you can easily regain access by following these steps:
1. Go to the login page at aiaplannerportal.com and enter your email address and password. If you have not registered for an account, you will be prompted to do so now.
2. After logging in, click on the link in the email that you received after registering for an account. This will take you to your account page.
3. On this page, click on the link that says "Log In." This will take you back to the login page where you can enter your new password.
How to View Your Account Details
If you have an Aia account, you can login to view your account details. To login, click the "Login" link on the top right of the home page. Enter your username and password and click "Log In." You'll be taken to the main page, where you can see all your recent blog posts, activity alerts, and other information.
How to Add a New Team Member
If you need to add a new team member, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the "Aia Planner Portal" homepage.
2. Click on the "Team" tab on the left-hand side of the screen.
3. On the "Team Members" page, click on the orange "Add New Team Member" button located in the top-right corner of the page.
4. In the "Add New Team Member" form, please provide your new team member's full name, email address, and role within your company. Please also indicate if you would like this team member to have access to all project files or just specific project files. Additionally, please indicate if this team member is a contractor or employee. If they are an employee, please indicate their employee number (if available). Please note that contractors will not have an employee number associated with them and must provide their contract name instead.
5. Click on the "Submit" button to finish adding your new team member.

How to Delete a Project
If you want to delete a project from the Aia Planner Portal, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Aia Planner Portal.
2. Click on the Projects tab.
3. Locate the project you want to delete and click on it.
4. On the right-hand side of the screen, click on the Edit link next to Project Name.
5. In the Project Name field, type in a new name for your project and press Enter.
6. Click on the Delete link next to Project Name to confirm your decision and delete this project from your account.
