If you are an administrator of an Ags Parent Portal, you may have noticed that the login process has changed. In this article, we will show you how to login to your Parent Portal and navigate around it.
What is the Ags Parent Portal?
The Ags Parent Portal is an online portal that provides parents and guardians with easy access to information about their student’s academic progress, attendance and other school-related activities.
To login to the Ags Parent Portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to the school website (www.agschools.org) and locate the “Parent Portal” link on the home page.
2. Enter your user name and password in the login form and click “Log In.”
3. You will be taken to the main Parent Portal page. If you have multiple children attending Ags schools, you will need to log in for each one of them. To do this, click on their individual User Profiles on the left side of the page and enter their user name and password (you will not need to create a new account).
4. On the Ags Parent Portal home page, there are several tabs on the top of the screen that provide information about your child’s school: Academic Progress (shows how your child is doing in classes), Attendance (shows when your child is expected to arrive at school), Reports
How to Login to the Ags Parent Portal
To login to the Ags Parent Portal, follow these steps:
1. Click on the "Login" button in the top right corner of the home page.
2. Enter your username and password.
3. Click on the "Log In" button.
4. You will now be taken to the main page of the Parent Portal.
Using the Ags Parent Portal
The Ags Parent Portal is a great tool for parents to manage their students’ academic progress and account for attendance. To login, follow these steps:
1. Go to ags.edu and sign in.
2. Click on the “Parent Portal” link in the main navigation bar.
3. In the “Parent Portal” page, click on the “Login” button.
4. Enter your user name and password and click on the “Log In” button.
5. The Parent Portal home page will appear.
6. On the left side of the home page, click on the “My Students” link to view a list of your student’s records.
7. On the right side of the home page, click on the “Academics” link to view your student’s academic information, including his or her grade point average (GPA), course schedule, credit hours completed, and final grades.
FAQ for the Ags Parent Portal
If you're not already logged in to the Ags Parent Portal, please use this link to login: https://portal.ags.ncsu.edu/login/. Once you've logged in, please follow these steps to find what you're looking for:
1) Click on the My Academics tab on the left side of the screen. This will take you to a page where you can view your current academic status and course selection.
2) Scroll down until you see the Course Enrollment link on the right side of the screen. Clicking on this link will allow you to view your current course enrollment and select any additional courses that you might want to add to your schedule.
3) Click on the Academics tab again and this time click on the Student Services link at the top of the page. This will take you to a page that includes information about student services such as advising, tutoring, and campus life events.
