How to login to the Aetna Member Portal?
To login to the Aetna Member Portal, please follow these steps: (1) open your web browser and navigate to www.aetna.com; (2) enter your member ID or name; (3) click on “Log In”; (4) enter your password; and (5) click on “Log In” again to confirm your password. How to sign in to your Aetna Member Portal
If you are not already signed in to your Aetna Member Portal, first click the login link in the upper left corner of the screen.
Once you are signed in, you will see a blue bar with three circles at the top of the page.
The first circle is your profile picture. The next two circles contain your name and email address. The last circle contains your password.
To sign out of your Member Portal, click the logout link in the upper right corner of the screen.
Your Account
Aetna Member Portal is a secure, online portal that allows you to access your account information, view your health care plan details, and more. If you have forgotten your Aetna Member Portal login information, or if you need to reset your password, follow these steps:
1. Log into the Aetna Member Portal at aetnamemberportal.com.
2. Click on “My Account” in the top navigation bar.
3. Click on “Reset Password” in the My Account section.
4. Enter your current email address and new password in the appropriate fields and click on “Reset Password” to finish setting your new password.
My Account
If you are having trouble logging in to your Aetna Member Portal, follow these steps:
1. Make sure you have the latest version of the Aetna Member Portal installed on your computer. You can download the latest version from aetna.com/member-portal.
2. Open the Aetna Member Portal and sign in (if you are not already signed in).
3. Click on My Account in the top left corner of the page.
4. Enter your username and password (if you have them). If you don't have either of these, click on Login with Facebook or Google+. If you don't have a Facebook or Google+ account, you can create one by clicking on the Create an account link at the bottom of this page.
5. Click on Login. If you are not automatically logged in, enter your username and password and click on Log In.

Billing and Payment
If you are a new Aetna member, you will need to create an account and login to access your account information. Here are instructions on how to login:
-First, visit the Aetna Member Portal at www.aetna.com and click on the Sign In link in the upper right corner of the home page.
- Enter your email address and password. If you have not previously registered with Aetna, you will be prompted to do so now.
-Once you have logged in, select the My Account link in the left column of the home page.
-Select Billing and Payment from the menu on the left.
-Under My Accounts, select your account type (Individual, Family or Small Group) and select your insurance plan (Original Medicare or Medicaid).
-Review your account information, including your premium payments, payment history and claims information.
-To make changes to your account information, select Edit Profile from My Accounts.
On the Edit Profile page, you can update your contact information, change your password and adjust other account settings.
Claims

4.Click on the "Create Profile" button to create your personal account profile.
5.Click on the "My Account" tab to log in to your personal account profile.
6.Enter your user ID and password in the appropriate fields and click on the "Login" button to log in to your account.
7.You will now be directed back to the main screen of the Member Portal where you can start using all of its features!
