If you are not registered with the Advisor Client Portal, please click here to sign up. Once you have registered and logged in, you will be able to view all of the resources available to you on the Advisor Client Portal.
How to find your advisor
If you are looking for your advisor, the first step is to locate their client portal. Advisor client portals can be found at the following addresses:
-For advisors registered with FINRA:

How to login to the Advisor Client Portal
If you are an Advisor Client and you have not already logged in to the Advisor Client Portal, please follow these instructions.
To login to the Advisor Client Portal, please enter your username and password as follows:
Username: yourusername
Password: yourpassword
Adding an account
To add an account and login to the Advisor Client Portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Advisor Client Portal home page.
2. Click "Login" in the upper right corner.
3. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields, and click "Log In."
4. You'll be taken to a main screen where you can add or manage your accounts.
5. To add an account, click "Add an Account" on the left side of the screen.
6. Enter your name, company name, and email address in the appropriate fields, and click "Submit."
7. You'll be taken to a confirmation page where you can verify your information.
8. Click "Log In" to activate your account and begin using the Advisor Client Portal!
Editing account information
If you are a client or advisor seeking to edit your account information, you can do so through the Advisor Client Portal. To login and access your account, click on the "Login" link in the top right corner of any page on the portal. Enter your username and password, and click on the "Log In" button. You will be taken to the account overview page, where you can update your personal information and contact information.
Deactivating an account
If you no longer need an advisor account, you can deactivate it by following these steps:
1. Log in to the Advisor Client Portal at www.advisor.com/portal.
2. Click on the My Account icon in the top left corner of the screen.
3. Under My Account Settings, click on the Deactivate Account link in the drop-down menu next to your name.
4. Complete the form and click Deactivate Account to confirm your action.
Contacting customer service
If you need customer service assistance, the first step is to login to your Advisor Client Portal. After logging in, click on the "Contact Us" tab and select the contact form you would like to use. You can also email us or call us toll-free at 1-866-285-5859.
Checking account balance
To view your account balance, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Advisor Client Portal.
2. Click on the "Account" tab.
3. Under "My Accounts," click on the "Balance" link.
Viewing transactions history
The Advisor Client Portal includes a Transactions History tab that allows you to view a list of all transactions that have taken place on your account. You can also use this tab to find particular transactions, export transactions as a CSV file, and delete transactions.
Adding a savings or investment plan
The Advisor Client Portal allows advisors to create and manage savings or investment plans for their clients. To login, click the “Login” link in the top right corner of the home page. Enter your user name and password, and click “Login.” You will then be prompted to select a plan type.
If you are an advisor who has registered with FINRA, you can use the Advisor Client Portal to manage your own account and submit orders for your clients. For more information, visit the FINRA website at www.finra.org/register/advisor-client-portal/.
Once you have logged in, you will see the “Account Overview” tab. On this tab, you can see your account balance, recent orders and trades, order history, and other important information about your account.
To create a new savings or investment plan for your client, click the “Create a New Plan” button on the “Account Overview” tab. On the “Create a New Plan” form, enter the following information:

Cancelling a savings or investment plan
If you need to cancel your savings or investment plan, follow these steps:
-Log in to your account on the Advisor Client Portal.
-Click on My Account on the left-hand side menu.
-Select Savings and Investments from the list of options on the left-hand side.
-Select the plan you would like to cancel from the list of plans on the right-hand side.
-Under “Cancellation Details,” click on Cancel This Plan.
Transferring money between accounts
If you need to move money between your Advisor Client Portal accounts, follow these instructions:
1. Log in to your Advisor Client Portal account.
2. Click on the "My Accounts" link in the top navigation bar.
3. Select the account you want to transfer money to from the list of accounts displayed.
4. Click on the "Transfer Funds" link located near the bottom of the page.
5. Enter the amount you want to transfer and select the payment method you want to use (eg wire transfer, PayPal).
6. Review the information provided and click on the "Submit Transfer" button.
7.Wait for confirmation that the transfer has been completed before exiting the Advisor Client Portal account section.

If you are an advisor with a client portal, you will need to login to your portal to view your clients' account information. Here is how to login:
1. Go to your client portal.
2. In the top right corner, click on "Log In."
3. Enter your username and password.
4. Click "Log In."
5. You will now be in the "Home" page of your client portal.
