How to login to the Adventist Healthcare Imaging Patient Portal
If you are a patient, your first step is to login to the Patient Portal. To login, go to the Patient Portal home page and click on the "Login" link in the upper right-hand corner. Once you have logged in, you will be taken to the patient's account page. On this page, you will find all of the information you need to manage your care and access your images. You can access your account by clicking on the "My Account" link located on the top left-hand corner of most pages. You can also manage your account settings by clicking on the "Settings" link located at the top right-hand corner of most pages.

How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, there are several ways to retrieve it:
1. If you have accessed the Patient Portal from a computer that is part of the Adventist Healthcare system, you can reset your password by clicking on the link in the "Forgot your Password" message that appears when you first sign in. This link will take you to an online form where you can enter your name and email address and then click on "Reset Password." Your new password will be sent to your email address.
2. If you have accessed the Patient Portal from a device that is not part of the Adventist Healthcare system, such as a smartphone or tablet, you can reset your password by clicking on the "Forgot your Password" link at the bottom of every page of the Patient Portal. This link will take you to an online form where you can enter your name and email address and then click on "Reset Password." Your new password will be sent to your email address.

To view your images and videos, please login to the Adventist Healthcare Imaging Patient Portal. You can login using your patient portal username and password.
