In order to login to the Advanced Education Student Portal (AESP), you will need your AESP ID and Password. If you have forgotten your AESP ID or Password, please visit their website for instructions on how to retrieve them.
How to login to the ASPSP
ASPSP is the online student portal for advanced education students. It provides access to MyASPSP, the student registration system; DegreeWorks, the degree information system; and eCampus, the online course management system. When you first log in to ASPSP, you will be asked to create a user ID and password. You can also sign in with your NetID account if you have one.
To sign in, click the login link in the upper right corner of the ASPSP home page. Enter your user ID and password and click login. If you are not signed in, enter your NetID account name and password and click sign in.
Once you have logged in, you will see the main ASPSP screen. On the left side of the screen is a menu bar with links to different sections of ASPSP. The top section of the menu bar is where you can find links to MyASPSP, DegreeWorks, and eCampus. The middle section of the menu bar is where you can find links to resources such as tutorials and course registration forms. How to create an account
To create an account on the Advanced Education Student Portal, please follow these simple steps:
1. Go to the homepage of the portal and click on "Login" in the top right-hand corner. This will take you to the login screen.
2. Enter your email address and password into the appropriate fields and click on "Login". You will now be logged into the portal.
3. If you have not already done so, under "My Profile" in the top left-hand corner of the page, you will need to create a profile. This will allow you to track your progress through your studies and access various resources available on the portal.
4. To explore all of the features of the portal, click on "Browse" in the top right-hand corner of the screen and select one of their content categories (i.e. "Academic Resources", "Student Services", etc.) from the menu that appears. From here, you can access all of the resources and information available in that category.
How to access your student account
If you have forgotten your login information or if you have not used the portal in a while, follow these steps to access your account:
Step 1: Navigate to portal.ed.gov and sign in with your credentials.
Step 2: Select “My Account” from the top navigation bar.
Step 3: Click on the blue “Log In” button in the upper-right corner of the My Account screen.
Step 4: Enter your Login ID and Password in the appropriate text fields and click on the “Log In” button. If you have not changed your password since last logging in, proceed to step 5. If you have changed your password, enter it in the new password text field and click on the “Update Password” button.

How to add/update your contact information
If you are an advanced education student and have not yet registered on the portal, please follow these steps to add your contact information:
1. Log into the portal.
2. In the upper-left corner of the homepage, click on "My Account."
3. On the My Account page, click on "Contact Info."
4. Click on the green "Edit" button in the upper-right corner of the page.
5. Enter your name, email address, and phone number in the appropriate fields and click on "Save Changes."
6. Congratulations! You have now added your contact information to the portal!
How to view your academic transcripts
If you are an advanced education student and have taken some coursework at a non-traditional institution such as a trade school, then your academic transcripts may not be in the traditional format. To view your transcripts, you will first need to login to your portal account. Once you are logged in, click on the "Profile" tab and then select "Academic Transcripts." You will then be able to view all of your completed courses and the grades you received for each course.
How to pay for your education
If you are already registered for an account on the portal, log in using your user name and password. If you have not yet registered for an account, click the “Create Account” link on the main navigation bar and enter your desired user name and password. Once you have logged in, navigate to the “My Account” area of the portal. Here you can view your current account balance, make payments, and print academic transcripts.
If you are not yet registered for an account on the portal, click the “Register Now” link on the main navigation bar and enter your desired user name and email address. Once you have entered all required information, a confirmation email will be sent to the provided address. After clicking the link in the confirmation email, a new window will open where you can verify your email address. After clicking “Register Now” again, a new window will open where you can provide your desired user name and password. Once you have logged in, navigate to the “My Account” area of the portal. Here you can view your current account balance, make payments, and print academic transcripts.

How to dispute a grade
If you believe that you have received a grade that you did not earn, you may dispute the grade with your professor. To do this, login to the student portal and click on My Academics. On the left-hand side of the page, under Grades and Transcripts, click on Dispute Grade. Follow the prompts to provide all of the information necessary to make your case. If you are successful, your professor will be required to change the grade on your transcript.
How to report abuse or misconduct
If you feel that someone has abused or is engaging in misconduct on your campus community website, here are some steps to take:
1. Log into your student portal and click on the "Report Abuse" link in the main menu.
2. Choose the type of abuse or misconduct you have observed and provide as much detail as possible.
3. Click "Submit Report" to send your information to their team for further investigation.
