How to login to Adu Portal
If you want to access your Adu Portal account, you will first need to login. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Go to the home page of the Adu Portal website.
2. Click on the “Login” button in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Enter your login credentials (username and password).
4. Click on the “Log In” button to log in to your account.
How to add classes
To add a class to your account, follow these steps: 1. Open the Adu Portal. 2. Click on Classes on the left-hand side of the screen. 3. In the Classes list, click on the Add New Class button. 4. Enter a name for your class in the Name field and then click on the Create button. 5. In the following window, you will be able to add information about your class. 6. Select the Level of Learning that best suits your class from the Level drop-down menu and then enter the number of students that are expected to attend your class from the Number of Students field. 7. Click on the Save button when you have finished adding information about your class. 8. To view all of your classes, click on the Class List tab at the top of the screen.
How to remove classes
If you want to remove a class from your Adu Portal account, you can do so by following these steps:
1. Login to your Adu Portal account.
2. Click on the "Classes" tab.
3. Locate the class you want to remove and click on the "Remove Class" button next to it.
How to edit your account
To edit your account, you first need to login. To login, click the "login" link on the top of the page. You will be taken to a page where you can enter your user name and password. After logging in, you will be taken to the main page of the blog section.
How to cancel your subscription
If you have forgotten your login information, or if you would like to cancel your subscription, please follow these instructions.
1. On the home screen of the Adu Portal, click on "My Account" in the top left corner.
2. Click on "Subscriptions" in the main menu.
3. In the "Cancel My Subscription" panel on the right side of the screen, enter your email address and password and click on "Cancel My Subscription".
4. If you have chosen a subscription plan, verify that you want to cancel it by clicking on "Confirm." You will then be redirected to your account page where you can click on "Yes, Cancel My Subscription" to confirm your cancellation.
How to find your student account number
If you have forgotten your Adu Portal user name or password, please follow the steps below to find your student account number. Once you have retrieved your student account number, please enter it into the login form on the Adu Portal to regain access to your account.:
Login on the Adu Portal:
1. Click the 'login' icon in the top left corner of the screen.
2. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields.
3. Click 'submit'. Your login credentials will be saved in your browser for future sessions.
4. Click 'home' in the top menu bar to return to the home page of the Adu Portal.
5. In the main menu bar, click on 'user info'. This will take you to a page where you can find your student account number (SAN).:
Your student account number can be found in a number of places on campus, such as in your MyAdu portal or on your billing statement (if you are registered for courses). If you cannot locate your student account number, please contact Student Financial Services at 757-863-6000.
