Welcome to the Adirondack Pediatrics Patient Portal! This website is designed to help parents and caregivers of pediatric patients keep track of their health and wellness. We hope you find their website helpful as you work together to care for your child.
To login to their Patient Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Log in using your MyAdirondack account credentials. If you do not have an account, please create one now. You will need your MyAdirondack username and password (which you received when you registered for MyAdirondack).
2. Enter your patient’s unique ID number found on their health records or on their insurance card if they have one. This will automatically log you into their system as the parent or caregiver of that patient.
3. Click on the “Patient Info” tab to view important information about your patient, such as medication lists, allergies, and treatment plans. You can also track your patient’s vital signs and activity levels on this page.

To login to the Adirondack Pediatrics Patient Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Navigate to http://www.adkpediatrics.org/patient-portal/.
2. On the main page of the Patient Portal, click on the “Login” button in the top right corner.
3. Enter your username and password in the corresponding fields and click on the “Log In” button.
4. You will now be taken to the main page of the Patient Portal where you can access all of its features!
How to use the Patient Portal
The Patient Portal is a secure online system that allows parents and guardians to view their child’s health history, access medical and school records, and sign up for health alerts. To use the Patient Portal, you will need to login first. Here are instructions on how to do this:
1. Go to the Patient Portal website: www.adirondackpediatrics.org
2. Click on the “Login” button in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Enter your username (usually your last name followed by @adirondackmed) and password (usually your email address).
4. You will be redirected to a page where you can review your account information and make any changes you need to make.
5. Once you are satisfied with your account settings, click on the “Log In” button at the bottom of the page to log in to the Patient Portal.
How to find information about your child
If you are a parent or guardian of a child who is a patient at Adirondack Medical Center, you can use their Patient Portal to get information about your child. The Patient Portal is a secure online gateway that provides parents and guardians with access to their child’s medical records and other vital health information. To login to the Patient Portal, follow these steps:
1. From any computer that you can access the internet, go to www.adkmed.org and click on the Patient Portal link near the top of the page.
2. On the Patient Portal home page, click on the Login link in the upper left-hand corner.
3. Enter your patient ID number (which is found on your hospital ID card) and your password in the appropriate fields and click on Login.
4. You will be taken to the My Child section of the Patient Portal where you can see all of your child’s medical records, including scans, X-rays, lab results, and more. How to make a request for information
If you have a question or need help with the Adirondack Pediatrics Patient Portal, please use their contact form to get in touch. Please include your name, email address, and the nature of your question. We'll do their best to respond as soon as possible.

If you have any questions or concerns, you can contact your doctor or nurse through the Patient Portal. The Patient Portal is a online tool that allows you to access your health records, get updates on your health, and ask questions. To log in, enter your name and email address in the appropriate fields and click the “Log In” button. You will be prompted to create a password. If you have not logged in before, you will be asked to create an account. Once you have logged in, click the “My Profile” tab to view your personal information and medical history. You can also access your health records and request updates by clicking the “My Health Record” tab.
