How to login to the Patient Portal
If you are a health care provider and have registered with the Adirondack Health System, then you are already logged in to their Patient Portal. If you have not yet registered with them, please do so by clicking on the “Register Now” button located on the home page of their Patient Portal. Once you have registered, you will be able to login using your provider ID and password. If you have forgotten your provider ID or password, please click on the “Forgot Your Password?” link on the home page of their Patient Portal and follow the instructions that we provide.
How to use the Patient Portal
If you are new to the Patient Portal, please read their blog post before logging in. Once you have logged in, you will need to create a user account. You can create an account by clicking on the "Create Account" link on the top right of the portal. When creating your account, be sure to provide your name and email address. After you have created your account, you will need to enter your login credentials. Your login credentials are your name and email address. If you have forgotten your login credentials, click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the top right of the portal and enter your name and email address. You will then receive a reset password email. Once you have entered your login credentials and reset password, you are ready to use the Patient Portal!
