Once you have logged in, you will see a list of main tabs at the top of the page: "My Info," "Doctor Connections," "Book Appointments," and "Care Plans." Below these tabs are a series of drop-down menus that give you more control over your online experience: "Location & Maps," "Messages & Alerts," "Photos & Videos," "Medications & Supplies," and "Health History."

If you are an Addison Internal Medicine patient, you can use the Patient Portal to access your medical records, medications, and appointments. The Patient Portal is a secure web-based system that allows you to manage your health information online. To login to the Patient Portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to www.addisonmedicine.org and click on the Patient Portal link in the left-hand navigation panel.
2. Enter your user name and password in the appropriate boxes and click on the Log In button.
3. You will be taken to the My Profile page, where you can view your account information, including your contact information and medical record number. You can also update or change this information by clicking on the Edit Profile button.
4. On the My Medical Records page, you can view all of your medical records from Addison Internal Medicine, as well as any records from other providers that have been uploaded to their system. You can print or download copies of your records at any time by clicking on the Print or Download Records link next to each record. If you need to contact your doctor, click on the “Contact Us” tab on the left side of your dashboard and enter your doctor’s information in the “Find a Doctor” field. You will be directed to a phone number or email address where you can reach them.

4) Enter your name, date of birth, and email address in the appropriate fields and click "Book Appointment."
