If you are having difficulty logging into your Acuity Portal account, please follow these steps:
1. Click on the "Login" link located in the top right corner of the home page.
2. Enter your Login Name and Password and click on the "Login" button to login.

In order to login to your Acuity Portal account, please follow these steps:
1. Open the Acuity Portal and click on the Login link in the header bar.
2. Enter your username and password.

If you are looking for a way to log into Acuity Portal, there are a few steps that you will need to take. First, you will need to create a new account. Once you have created your account, you can then login to Acuity Portal by clicking the Login link on the home page.

How to login to Acuity Portal:
1. Open Acuity Portal and sign in.
2. Click the Calendar tab at the top of the page.
3. Click the Login link next to your name in the calendar list.
4. Enter your password and click OK.
Acuity Portal Tasks
If you are not already logged in to your Acuity Portal account, you need to do so before you can continue. To login, follow these steps:
1. From the home screen of your Acuity Portal account, click on the Login link in the upper right corner.
2. Enter your username and password, and then click on the Log In button.
3. If you have previously registered for an Acuity Portal account, you will be prompted to enter your email address and create a new password. You will also be able to select a user name for your account, which will be displayed next to your email address on the home screen. Once you have completed these steps, your account is ready for use.

The Acuity Portal provides a single point of access for clinicians to review and collaborate on patient data. The portal is available to clinicians at participating healthcare organizations that have signed up for Acuity’s Clinician Services. To sign up for Acuity Portal, visit www.acuityhealth.com/portal. Once you have registered for the portal, you will be able to create an account and access the portal from any computer with internet access.
To login to the Acuity Portal:
1. Click on the Login link in the top right corner of the main screen.
2. Enter your user name and password in the fields provided and click on Log In.
3. You will be taken to the My Account page where you can view your account information, as well as manage your settings and preferences.

If you have forgotten your Acuity Portal login information, you can use the following steps to retrieve it:
1. Click on the "Account" tab at the top of the portal.
2. In the "My Account" section, click on "Forgot your password?"
3. Enter your Acuity Portal login information and click on "Reset Password".
4. You will now be directed to a new page where you can reset your password for other accounts on the portal.
