How to get started
If you are new to Abrams Eye Care Patient Portal, you first need to create an account. To do this, click on the "Create Account" link on the main menu. You will be asked to provide your name and email address. Once you have completed these steps, you can login to your account and begin using the Patient Portal.
To login to your account, click on the "Login" link in the main menu. You will be prompted to enter your name and email address. After you have logged in, you will see the "My Account" page. On this page, you can see all of the information that is associated with your account, such as your profile picture and contact information. The "Activities" section on this page shows all of the activities that you have completed in the past. You can also use this section to add new activities or manage your settings. The "My Orders" section shows all of the orders that have been placed in your account. The "History" section shows all of the changes that have been made to your account since it was created.

-If you have a computer at home, you can visit abramseyecare.com and click the ‘Log In’ button in the upper right corner of the homepage. This will take you to their login page, where you can enter your name and email address.
-If you have a smartphone or tablet, you can access their patient portal by downloading the Abrams EyeCare app from the App Store or Google Play store. Once installed, open the app and click on the ‘Login’ button in the upper right corner of the homepage. This will take you to their login page, where you can enter your name and email address.
-If you are using a web browser on a desktop or laptop at work or home, you can access their patient portal by clicking this link: https://patientportal.abramseyecare.com/. Enter your name and email address and click ‘Log In
How to find your account information
If you are a new patient, please go to their registration page and enter your name, date of birth, and insurance information. After you have registered, click on the "My Account" link on the main menu. You will see all of your account information, such as your username and password. If you have forgotten your password, please enter your username and email address into the "Forgot Password" field, and we will send you a new password. You can also change your password by clicking on the "Change Password" link. How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you need to update your password, you can do so through the patient portal.
To login to the patient portal, go to \u2013 https://www.abrams-eye-care.com/patientportal/login/.
Once you are logged in, click on the "Change Password" link on the left-hand side of the screen. You will be asked to enter your current password and a new password. Make sure that you remember both passwords!
Email Notifications
The Abrams Eye Care Patient Portal allows registered patients to stay up-to-date on their treatment and to communicate with their doctor and staff. To login, patients will need their patient ID number and password.
