How to login to the Walnut resident portal
To login to the Walnut resident portal, you will need your Walnut ID and password.
To get your Walnut ID, go to the My Account page on the Walnut website. On this page, you will see your name and email address. You can also click on the Edit Profile button to update your information.
Your Walnut password is the same as your Walnut ID. You can find it on the My Account page or by clicking on the Edit Profile button and then selecting Your Password.
Once you have your Walnut ID and password, you can log in to the resident portal by entering them both into the login box on the main page of the portal.
How to change your password
To change your password, log in to the Walnut Resident Portal and go to "My Account" on the left-hand side. Click on "Change Password" and enter your new password. Make sure to remember this new password because you will need it to log in to the portal later.

How to report a problem with the portal
If you have a problem with the Walnut Resident Portal, you can report it by clicking on the "Report a Problem" link on the home page. This will take you to a form where you can describe your problem. Once you submit your report, we will contact you to resolve the issue.
