360 Portal is the worldβs first 360 video portal that allows you to watch and share content from around the world in a virtual reality environment. In this guide, we will show you how to login to 360 Portal and start browsing content.
How to login to Portal
To login to Portal, you will need your username and password. To find out your username and password, click on the Login button on the main menu. On the login screen, you will see your username and password next to each other.
To log in to Portal using your username and password, follow these steps:
1. Enter your username into the Username field.
2. Enter your password into the Password field.
3. Click on the Log In button.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password or need to change it, there are several ways to do this.
You can visit the password reset page on the Tesla website. This page will take you through the steps of creating a new password and confirming it.
If you have not registered your Tesla account yet, you can Register Now to create a new password. Once you have registered, you will be able to reset your password by following the instructions on the Register Now page.
If you don't have access to the Tesla website, you can also try one of the following methods:
- Reset your password by calling Tesla customer service at (1-800) TESLA or (877) 883-8987 from within the United States.
- Use the Tesla app to reset your password. Open the Tesla app and sign in. On the left sidebar, tap My Account and then tap Password & Security. Under "Account Status," select "Reset Password." Follow the instructions on screen to reset your password.

How to sign out of Portal
