In order to improve the patient experience, many health care providers have implemented patient portals. Patient portals are websites that allow patients to manage their health care records and access information about their health care providers. In order to login to a patient portal, you will need your patient identification number (PIN).
What is the Patient Portal?
The Patient Portal is a website where patients can manage their health information, including appointments, medications, and lab results. Patients can also communicate with their doctors and nurses through the portal.
To login to the Patient Portal, patients will need their insurance card and ID number. They can also use their patient name and date of birth to log in. Once they are logged in, they will see a menu on the homepage that will allow them to access their health information.
How to login to the Patient Portal
To login to the Patient Portal, please follow these steps:

Finding your account information

Adding new doctors and hospitals
1. If you're a new doctor or hospital looking to add yourself to the Patient Portal, first make sure you have the correct login information. You can find this information on your website or in your faxed enrollment packet.
2. Once you have the login information, you'll need to enter it into the Patient Portal. To do this, click on the "My Account" icon in the top left corner of the Patient Portal and then click on "Doctors." You'll then be able to enter your login information and add yourself to the Patient Portal.
3. Once you're logged in, you'll be able to view all of your patients and see their medical records. You can also update patients' contact information, change their insurance policies, and more.
Changing your personal information
If you're a patient at their hospital, you'll need to login to their Patient Portal to make changes to your personal information. To do this, you'll need your hospital ID number and password. Here's how to change your personal information:
1. Log in to the Patient Portal by clicking on the "Patient Portal" logo in the top left corner of the screen.
2. Click on "My Account" in the main menu.
3. Click on "Personal Info."
4. Enter your hospital ID number and password in the appropriate fields, and click on "Update."
Saving your medical history
If you are a patient at a hospital or clinic, you can use the Patient Portal to save your medical history. This will help you if you need to get treatment in the future and can easily find your records.

Appendix B: Medications that are not available through the Patient Portal
Patients who have prescription medications that are not available through the Patient Portal can find a list of those medications on the Drugs and Medications page of the Patient Portal. This page includes a link to each medication's manufacturer's website, where patients can find instructions on how to order the medication through the Patient Portal.

If a patient needs to refill a medication that is not available through the Patient Portal, they can do so by submitting a request through My Account. Once they have logged into My Account, they will need to click on Refillments in the left-hand column. From there, they will be able to fill out a form to request a refill for their medication.
