How to login to Worcester Public Schools Employee Portal
If you are a current Worcester Public Schools employee, log in to the Employee Portal to access your personnel files, payroll information, and more. Here's how:
1. From any computer with Internet access, open the Worcester Public Schools Employee Portal at https://portal.worcesterpublicschools.org/.
2. Enter your user ID and password (they are the same). You will be prompted for confirmation.
3. You are now logged in to the Employee Portal!

1. Click the link in the email you received from your district. This will open a new browser window or tab.
2. Enter your school username and password in the fields that appear and click Login.
3. The Welcome screen will appear and will guide you through the rest of your login process.
Employees Handbook
The Worcester Public Schools Employee Portal is an online tool that allows employees to access their personnel and payroll records, leave requests, and other important information. Employees can also manage their work schedules and connect with district services. To login to the employee portal, follow these steps:
1) Log in to the district’s website (www.worcesterpublicschools.org).
2) Click on “Employees” on the left-hand side of the homepage.
3) On the “Employees” page, click on “User Accounts” in the upper-middle portion of the page.
4) In the pop-up window that opens, provide your user name (an email address), password, and select which type of account you would like to create (staff member or contractor).
5) Click on “Create Account” to create your account. You will then be directed to a new page where you can complete additional registration information.
Policies and Procedures
Worcester Public Schools' Employee Portal allows employees to access their records, paychecks, and other important information. Employees can login to the portal using their username and password. The following policies and procedures apply to the use of the Employee Portal:
- Employees must login to the portal using their username and password to access their records.
- Employees should not share their username or password with anyone. If an employee suspects that his or her username or password has been compromised, he or she should immediately contact his or her supervisor.
- Employees are responsible for keeping their login information current. If an employee's login information is no longer valid, he or she will not be able to access any of his or her records on the Employee Portal.
- Employees are prohibited from using the Employee Portal for any unauthorized purpose.
- The use of the Employee Portal is subject to the rules and regulations of Worcester Public Schools.
Leave of Absence Policy
The Worcester Public Schools employee leave of absence policy provides guidelines for employees who need to take a leave of absence for any reason. The policy outlines the types of leaves that are available and the procedures that must be followed in order to request a leave. Additionally, the policy outlines the consequences for an employee who fails to follow the leave procedures.
The policy defines a leave of absence as a time when an employee is not working. A leave of absence can be taken for any reason, including personal illness or injury. The policy requires that employees submit a leave request in writing to their supervisor. The request must state the date of the leave, the expected duration of the leave, and the reasons for taking the leave.
An employee who takes a leave of absence must provide notice to his or her supervisor at least four days before leaving. The supervisor will then assign the employee to an inactive list, which means that the employee will not be allowed to work during that period. When the leave is finished, the employee will be placed on active duty unless he or she has filed for retirement or resigned from his or her position.

First Aid/CPR Training Agreement
The Worcester Public Schools Employee Portal offers employees access to their employee profile, salary information, benefits information, and other important personnel information. To gain access to the portal, employees must first complete a First Aid/CPR Training Agreement. The agreement outlines the required training that employees must complete in order to use the portal.
The agreement can be found by clicking on the link "First Aid/CPR Training Agreement" located on the left side of the employee portal home page. Once clicked, employees will be directed to a webpage that contains a form to complete and return.
Please note: Employees who have not completed the training outlined in the First Aid/CPR Training Agreement may not be able to log into their employee profile and will not be able to access benefits or other important personnel information through the Portal.
Sexual Harassment/Discrimination Policy
The Worcester Public Schools Employee Portal provides employees with access to their personnel records, including dates of employment, salary information, and disciplinary record. The portal also allows employees to access e-mail addresses, contact information for supervisors, and online tools that help manage work responsibilities.
To login to the Employee Portal, employees must first create an account. To create an account, employees should click on the "Create Account" link in the toolbar at the top of the page. After creating an account, employees can log into their account by clicking on the "Login" link in the toolbar at the top of the page. Employees can also sign in to their account using their e-mail address and password.
If an employee experiences any type of sexual harassment or discrimination at work, they should immediately report the incident to their supervisor or human resources department. If an employee does not feel comfortable reporting the incident to a supervisor or human resources department, they can contact a national helpline such as 1-800-okulday (1-800-655-2343).
PTO/Sponsorship Agreement
If you are a Worcester Public Schools employee and have been approved for the PTO/Sponsorship Agreement, you can login to the Employee Portal to view your account information. You will need your employee number and password.
To get started, log in to the Employee Portal by clicking on the Employee Login link in the top right corner of this page. On the left side of the screen, under "Employee Services," click on "PTO/Sponsorship Agreement." This will take you to the PTO/Sponsorship Agreement page.
