How to login to Westcol
To login to Westcol, follow these steps:
1. Go to the website and click the “Login” link in the upper-right corner of the homepage.
2. Enter your username and password.
3. Click “Log In” to complete your login process.
How to use the Westcol Student Portal
The Westcol Student Portal is a great way for students to stay connected with their school and each other. To login, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Westcol Student Portal website at www.westcol.edu/portal.
2. Click on the Login link in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Enter your student ID number and password into the appropriate fields and click on Log In.
4. You will now be taken to your account page where you can access all of your school information and student group pages.
How to find your student account
In order to use the Westcol Student Portal, you first need to find your student account. This can be done by following these steps:
Login into your NetID and password account on the Westcol website. Under the "My Documents" tab, locate and open your "My Academics" folder. Within this folder, you will see a file called "WCP_SavedData.xml". This is your student account information. To use the portal, please open this file in a text editor (such as Notepad) and change the login name and password to those that you wish to use. You can also make changes to other information within the file if you wish. Once you have made any desired changes, save it by clicking on the "Save" button at the bottom of the file. You can now access the portal using these credentials!
How to make requests and submit complaints
If you have a problem with anything on the Westcol Portal, the first step is to try and resolve it yourself. If that doesn't work, you can make a request to the Westcol staff. Below are instructions on how to make requests and submit complaints.
Making a Request:
To make a request, first go to the page for the item you need help with and search for "request." On the right side of the screen, under "How to make a request," click on that link.
On the next page, fill out the form as best you can and click on "submit." You will then be taken to a confirmation page where you will need to upload a proof of purchase (in case we need to contact your school). Once your request is confirmed, you will receive an email notification telling you more about what to expect from us.
Submitting a Complaint:
If you have a complaint about something on the Westcol Portal, first go to the page for the item you're complaining about and search for "complaint." On the right side of the screen, under "How to submit a complaint," click on that link.
