To log in to your Patient Portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to westmichigancancercenter.org and sign in with your username and password.
2. On the main page, click on "My Account." This will take you to the My Account page.
3. On the My Account page, click on "Web Services" in the left-hand column of the page.
4. On the Web Services page, click on "Patient Portal." This will take you to the Patient Portal page.
5. On the Patient Portal page, click on "Login." This will take you to the Login screen.
6. Enter your username and password and click on "Log In." You are now logged in to your Patient Portal!
How can I use the Patient Portal if I am a patient who does not speak English?
If you are a patient who does not speak English, you can use the Patient Portal if you have a computer with Internet access and a current version of Adobe Reader. To use the Patient Portal, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account by clicking on “Login” in the top right corner of the homepage. If you do not have an account, you can create one by clicking on “Create Account” in the top right corner of the homepage.
2. If you are using a computer with Internet access, click on “Download Adobe Reader” in the top left corner of the homepage. Adobe Reader is free and can be downloaded from Adobe’s website. After downloading Adobe Reader, open it and click on “Install Updates”. Adobe will then ask if you want to install additional updates; please accept these updates to continue using the Patient Portal.
3. Once you have installed updates and opened Adobe Reader, click on “File” and then click on “Open”. After opening Adobe Reader, go to the bottom of the page and click on “Downloads”. In the downloads

If you have questions about your health that are not answered in the Patient Portal, you can log into the West Michigan Cancer Center Patient Portal using the following information:
Your Patient ID and password:
Your Patient ID is a nine-digit number assigned to you by the West Michigan Cancer Center. Your password is the last four digits of your Patient ID. You will receive these numbers when you create an account on the Patient Portal.
To log in to the Patient Portal, visit their website at westmichigancancercenter.org and click on “My Account” in the top right corner of the page. On this page, under “My Profile”, select “Patient Portal Login”. Enter your Patient ID and password and click on “Login”. The login window will appear.
